They call themselves a “travel center” yet they have signs posted everywhere if you park your car and car pool your car will get towed. How ridiculous! The man working was extremely rude about it too when we asked.

Last four times I've fueled, didn't get my points. Clerk's excuse has been the same all four times, problem with system. Won't fuel here again and recommend going elsewhere as they feel they don't need the business.

After refueling, no points are awarded. After I went to the cashier for 2 refills for a total of $ 1263, I was refunded one dollar and 50 cents.

Plenty of on the road 🛣️ accessories. ATM 🏧, gas ⛽, coffee ☕ snacks 🥨, clothes etc. Friendly staff showers 🚿 Subway sandwich 🥪 shop nextdoor.

Pumps are in need of repair had to go to 3 different pumps because of issues touchpads do not respond it's very aggravating and it's nearly impossible to get out of the lot onto the road very unsafe

Melissa on 3rd/ first shift. Must have really hate her life. went in this morning and she was just as rude as could be. acting like it was an issue because she had to It worked a little bit.

Go across the freeway to flying J. They have employees that are nice, courteous, and talk to you. Pilot put in self checkout that is worthless but their employees are the same. Live in Austinburg and stopped at Pilot regularly. Tried again just now and waited for help with no one in line. She stood there acting like on the phone and was not and rudely asked what do you want. Place is horrible
