I ordered a samsung tablet and when ups delivered it yesterday, the box was empty. Even the driver admitted the box was ripped. Called Debbie the supervisor at ups and she said she would call me back later...she did not. Called back today, she said she would do some checking and call me back. She did not again. I had things to do but waited for her callbacks. Very unprofessional. The company that shipped the package assured me the tablet was shipped and box was taped shut. My tablet was stolen somewhere during the shipment through ups and they don't seem to care. 2/21/24 update: To receive an automatic response to my concerns is also unprofessional and does not help me. There is someone working at a ups facility that is stealing and I had hoped for your help in letting ups know to protect future customers.

When Amazon screws up, have no fear UPS is here... Lol that actually fits...lol but really they make the process super easy and fast, the staff seems nice. I haven't had a package yeeted over a fence so I'm happy with them. A++(Response) ayy, it's not a problem. Lol I use Amazon a lot, so your probably right it will probably be soon.

I went to ship a package at 1:20p.m. on 3/10/23 and the doors were locked and lights off. The hours posted on the door said they were open until 1:30p.m. No one answered the door and another lady and I were left outside and could not ship our package. They are suppose to open again at 3:30 wonder if they will open at 3:20 only seems fair right? Their employer is paying them for certain hours correct... people in the shipping desk you owe your employer 10 minutes at least . This package needs to be delivered today. The most inconvenient situation.

I wish I could remember the UPS employee's name that helped us last thurs evening bc it was the first time that I had a positive experience at this UPS location, (previous 2× I was met with a bad attitude)This time I was helped by someone who was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite.
