The chocolate smoothies and truffles I gave my husband for Valentine's Day were very well received and I appreciate the gift being wrapped at no extra charge. The sample piece of chocolate was another bonus! I know people have their favorite chocolate shops in our area and Gorants is definitely our go-to place (even during the pandemic)!”

“Great chocolates! They even gift wrap for free when you buy chocolates for a gift. My only complaint is that when you buy box chocolates, they don't have a map of what each one is. There's a colored map on the sample box of the different sizes, but there's no map in the box box that you actually buy. So, you don't find out what's inside to bite into it.Someone from the business responded to my review and explained that the inside of the box changes with inventory and seasons. My suggestion is since that is the case, it would be nice to just have a key with each type of chocolate pictured and a description of what's inside of it. That would enable the consumer to match the chocolate in question with the pictures to figure out which one it is and would also work when contents change since I'm sure there's a finite number of flavors that are produced.”
“It’s wonderful! Upon walking in, it’s a sensory paradise, visually, it’s so colorful & inviting, the scents of chocolate, coffee & sugary delights made me feel like a child again. They candy I have seen since I was young made me happy. Could decide what to buy, I finally picked the key lime ice cream….AMAZING!!!!!!! Will be visiting here when I visit Youngstown.”
“Someone offered me popcorn while at the YBI. Coming from Chicago, I was skeptical if anything was better than Garrett’s high end stuff. Big Dipper’s peanut butter popcorn blew my mind - it’s made right here in Youngstown and is absolutely delicious. It’s like nothing I’ve ever tried. It’s the best popcorn I’ve had in my adult life. This stuff should be famous state wide.”
“The BEST chocolate I've ever tasted. I won't waste my time with cheap chocolate anymore. Nothing compares to Philadelphia milk chocolate. Sometimes the servers are not very friendly or welcoming rather. Waiting for the FRESH chocolate covered strawberries they are the BEST!”

“Went to the austintown one cuz it was open. I usually go to howland cuz it is closer to where I live. Austintown was out of a lot of their cashew/ chocolate. I guy cashew clusters.. sadly I was disappointed as those ones.. the chocolate tasted stale.”
