Previous staff sold me their protection plan not mentioning there are 2 plans 1 covers more. So, needing a repair charging issue papers says clearly several places it's covered ,but I was informed it's not only under the other plan that cost a little more covers it. I will have to talk with warranty people to try and get it covered. The young lady there this time was very smart,nice and helpful. Took her time answered all my questions explained and showed other options. It would have been nice if the first sales rep had done the same.

When I was at the store, I was treated very respectfully and was shown with so many phones and speakers on promotional price. Love the fact that cricket always has the cheapest price for better phones.

This place is the BEST!! I had been trying to switch carriers for a month online and could not get it through- Straight Talk was holding our lines hostage it seemed within minutes of walking in store the manager had our lines released and new phones activaTed fantastic service fantastic store - highly recommend!!! I’d give 10 stars but not an option lol

The gentleman that took care of me was absolutely the greatest. I brought in a 2 year old phone to have activated with a new plan. I left a few years back (my girlfriend added me to her plan) I loved the service ,never had an issue. This guy did not approach me trying to get me to buy a new phone. He didn't try to up sell me, gave me the service plan I wanted. I was straight to the point when I walked into the door and he was straight forward and professional about taking care of me. Recommend this location Strongly 5 ⭐ service.

To begin with when they moved the employees I was accustomed to they messed up. Now, yesterday 6/2/2022, I told my son to go to cricket as he needed a better phone, find one and let me know so I will add it to my plan. The individual "assisting" him was nothing short of worthless. She added a line WITHOUT my consent as I DID NOT agree to add the line. I was not even in the store at the time. But this is more about her conning my kid into buying a sim card for a phone that was incompatible with cricket sim. She used his phone to call her phone and then claimed it was compatible. She then put the cricket sim in and lo and behold, doesn't work. When he tried to call out it just ended the call immediately. She then claimed that his phone has an issue. Well, it was fine until she added a cricket sim. Then she got out of line with my son telling him, "you don't tell me about phones" there were other things said but at this point what does it matter I'm going to stop service on that line to which I did not authorize and if this issue isn't corrected I will not only move my service to another carrier but I will also tell as many people as I can to change also as I'm very INFLUENTIAL....in addition, I've heard nothing but complaints about this girl from other cricket customers ....

Came in to upgrade my phone and give my daughter my old one. Samir went above and beyond. Helped us with the process, questions and was very kind. He even gave my daughter a Christmas gift. Acknowledge this guy, management! Thank you Samir.
