Hair was cut in a rush because only 1 stylist in the salon. I absolutely hate my hair and now i have to wait for it to grow out. They had ragged ripped towels to use. The place is a joke. I will never return nor suggest it to anyone i know or dont know. They suck!

Red brown hair old woman had no one in the store. I walked in at 9 am. She refused to cut my hair. Told me to come back when a guy was supposed to show up to work. She was not budging. She looked down on me because I’m missing teeth. She’s mean and I’ll never go back

It was overpriced I was in and out in five minutes no line up asked for a fade all she did was take the electric hair trimmer and cut took scissors to the top of my hair and done .. it was worse then great clips or sports cuts... 23 dollars for a five minute hair cut and the lady acted like she didn't want to be there and there was no customers so she wasn't busy... Smh very disappointed luckily I needed a haircut ASAP I will go to a barber to get it faded and fixed up and pay .more money on my haircut I already paid for!!
Requested style: She didn't do anything I asked her to do!!

Danny is my stylist and he is exceptionally talented at what he does. From highlighting my hair to haircuts and styling I highly recommend him. Everytime I go to a function I get compliments on my hair that he has done. That says alot about his Talent.

I talked to a man on the phone told him i had pic of what i wanted done he said we can make an apt with the girl that has been there for years upon years cool i thought...got to my apt i took my hair down n she said nope cant be done. Confused asked y she replied (kinda rudely) cause i had red in my hair nothing could be done w it at all if i wanted i could make another apt w a diff person there that knew more about corrective coloring i tried to tell her ive had red in my hair before n its been done but again kinda rudley replying nothing we can do. I made the apt w the other person then thought about it getting madder the kore i thought of it i went to the cost cutters in boardman showed the pic said ya we can do that no problem scheduled apt the next day n absolutely loved how it turned out so i suggest if u would like to go to cost cutters do not go to the one in austintown obviously people in boardman know much more and are so much nicer

I’ve always done my hair at home but I haven’t gotten it cut in about a year. It was veryy dead, no curl, nothing. I decided to come in for a cut and Danny made my hair bounce back to its original curl! Danny was super nice and knew what he was doing!

Online and signs posted at the salon say opens at 8am on Saturday. I booked an appointment for 8am and got the salon and door was locked and no one was there. I waited around for about half hour and still no one showed up.. I ended up canceling my appointment and driving another half hour back home. Very disappointed!!
