Called several repair shops they were the quickest to take me in. Very friendly people working there!! My original estimate from my progressive representative was alittle less then 2 weeks from when I dropped it off. It took 5 days for some fairly extensive work and honestly it looks brand new!!! Couldn’t be happier with the work and with the staff. And they detailed my truck on top of everything. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here

The assistant manager Tracie is incredibly unprofessional. I’m a stage three cancer patient and she was nothing but a b word to us despite getting $3000 of work from me. Complained to the manager and he allowed Tracie to stand there while I made a complaint about her and then he proceeded to ridicule me, a cancer patient. Also side note the Geico adjuster on site there is also an unprofessional ball faced liar. And we have proof!!

They "don't do drop offs in the afternoon or evening". No explanation given. Guess that means they won't work with anyone who has a job. Also never called back when they said they would. Very poor customer service

I went to Greenwood Collision to get my car repaired after being rear ended and they were fantastic. They worked great with the insurance and everyone I talked with was super nice. They helped me set up my rental car with enterprise and when it came to returning my car, all I had to do was bring it back to their shop and they took care of the rest. They washed and vacuumed my car inside and out, which I was super appreciative of. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Go here with CAUTION… We recently brought a vehicle in for repair… thru the process we were told to wait until insurance decision for payment… CON ARTISTS… upon finding out one Insurance Company would pay more they tried to stick us with the deductible and the wrong insurance decision!!!We caution you to know your business should you use Greenwood Crash Department… we will not recommend them… NOT trustworthy.

Ron and crew are top notch. Everyone hates to have the burden of car repairs after an accident but Ron made it a great experience. Had the car done fast,correctly, and standing tall when I picked it up. Even went out of his way and cleaned it inside and out. Great job ron

After another shop destroyed my paint and did a horrible job. Bill and the rest of the team at greenwood came through and completely repainted my car as it should of been done. It looks perfect, I can't think you enough! 10 out of 10 in every service department.

My family and I have been a longtime Greenwood customer and have purchased multiple vehicles from this location. Spending not only money but a lot of time here as well. My check engine light came on the other day and when I called to schedule an appointment I was told that there was going to be a diagnostic cost of $160 (I did explain exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and the code that shows for the problem) they still told me it had to be done and charged and would be applied to the overall service cost. Which at that point was fine. When I dropped my vehicle off and confirmed what was wrong with my vehicle, I also explained that the line for my windshield wiper was broken and the fluid was not coming out as it should. After leaving my vehicle I received a call about 20 minutes later, explaining not only would I pay the $160 for the initial diagnostic but an additional $160 for them to tell me what was wrong with the wiper line for which I told them what was wrong. Cindy was the service advisor I spoke with and not only was she incredibly condescending and spoke to me like I was not well informed about vehicle repairs. Trying to explain that the diagnostics are computer based and a broken windshield wiper line would not show as a code when connected for diagnostic information, was a waste. Then explaining that trying to have me pay an additional $160 for someone to look at my line and say "yes that's a broken" line" is absurd. *Once a vehicle is connected and in for diagnostic review and service there should be a standard fee that encompasses it in its entirety. This fee should not be charged per issue that the vehicle has.

So far so good. Employees are easy to spot when trying to find where to park when dropping car off for body work. One star taken away only due to no free rental car service provided on sight; however, the receptionist said they work with a rental car company but she was unable to give specifics on whether or not it's free or discounted and if so what's the daily discounted rate. This is only important if your car insurance company and plan doesn't cover cost of rental car service when you're involved in an accident claim and damage to vehicle is suspected to take up to 4-6 days.
