So I have no problem with harbor freight at all I like going there I never have an issue there employees most of them are awesome most of the time….but unfortunately for this spot this is the second time out of the many other times I’ve been to this harbor freight I’ve came here with the same salesman who was very rude too me didn’t say hello or how you doing. I let that slide but then after he had to asked me 4-5 times for my phone number to enter in the system which I answered him correctly and he started to become impatient with me even though I wasn’t in the wrong.So once he put in the correct information and didn’t admit his wrong he didn’t apologize for his rudeness or his mistake.So I payed for the item and left upset and don’t think I’ll come back to this specific harbor freight again I personally don’t care if about how old you are or young you are it called respect one an other for a reason and even though if your having a bad day don’t put your negative attitude at people who don’t deserve it. Especially when you see there a child front of you. And also just to give you a description of the salesman he was an older gentleman with white hair glasses. So if your manager see this please correct your staff and make sure they show respect to the customers and professionalism.

Visited the store on 05/24/25. The salesman working the floor was old grumpy and seemed annoyed when I asked where a product was located. Acted like I was bothering him and pointed, instead of answering me!
Advise to corporate - replace him he wasn't very nice snd shouldn't working with the public.

I worked at this location years ago. Was there for a good 2 years. That store is nowhere what it was when I worked there, it's extremely clean now, nice wide isle, and I am always treated respectfully, even though most the people I worked with are long gone
