Would NEVER get a car here again.Very slow and rude service.. car broke down on a Monday and a claim wasn’t filed until the next Monday morning.Chris is the WORST person to deal with at service. Texted instead of being professional. He was very rude and even though the car was in MY name, he only wanted to talk to my husband. Tried charging me $8,000 on a new motor. So I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Then I had a tow pick up my car to bring it back, and he told us that all of the shop employees were outside smoking and talking the whole time he was there. It’s so so trashy. WORST. BUYERS BEWARE

Today I went to test drive a car, without the original intention of purchasing. But I’ll tell you, Olivia was FANTASTIC. She let me test drive the first option I was looking at & then when I decided it wasn’t what I wanted, she sat with me & helped me decide what really was the perfect fit for me. I went from a 2017 Chevy Equinox to this wonderful 2021 Altima!Liv & I now have matching altimas! She was such a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond for me today. So thankful for her! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone!!!

Took 2019 jeep in told they had to doo bulletin before any other repairs.. they had heads off to do bulletin... got jeep back making nocking rattle noise in the right side valve caver.. telling us it's normal when it did not make noise before.... they will not do anything or listen to customer.. even when they are the ones that caused the problem...

I got my Kia soul here with Mike Ferrett last summer. Got me out of a bad lease thankfully. Anyways, my girlfriend has been looking for a car for about a week and I told her we should go see Mike. She told him she liked jeeps then told him everything she needed in her new car. He pulled around the Mitsubishi Outlander and said it’s everything a jeep is but would save her 10k+She fell in love with the car and he worked tirelessly running back and forth to the finance department in order to get it to fit her budget and gave her a better deal on her trade-in than any other dealership. We will forever be going to Mike for any car needs. Great attitude and knows his cars. He’s the best!

Nice people. However, I do not recommend their service department.. at least for Promaster vans. We have taken the same van back to them 4 times for the same problem (heat not working). 3 times we were given the van back and the problem was not fixed at all. We were naive the first 2 times. They said they fixed it. We drove it back to the shop and found that the heat still wasn't working. THE THIRD TIME THEY SAID IT WAS DONE WE WENT DOWN THERE. STARTED THE VAN UP LET IT RUN FOR 45 MINUTES. STILL NO HEAT. WALKED RIGHT BACK INSIDE AND SAID HEY MAN THIS ISNT FIXED. The 4th time we picked it up it worked for 1 day.I'm not taking it back to Shorkey a 5th time. Its time for me to take my stuff and move on with our life. Tried really hard to work with the company because it is local. We have 14 other Promasters. This was the first time we've ever needed work on any of them. Never again at Shorkey. Kufleitler has it now. They just called wondering who has been working on this van because "it is missing at least 15 pieces of hardware behind the dash".Management, please save yourself the reply comment here and talk to your manufacturer about sending your guys back to training. We paid the bill all 4 times. The WORST PART IS HAVING A TRUCK OUT OF SERVICE SINCE DECEMBER 3RD. AND THE TIME WASTED SCREWING AROUND WITH BOZOE.

Had a appointment went in that salesmen had another customer another salesman took over ran the numbers made a deal got the truck I wanted everything worked out grate and customer service and financed woman was great very fast answer all my questions in and out less than 2hrs highly appreciate and recommended

The team at Jim Shorkey continues to go above and beyond for my family and I! This time Iv had the absolute pleasure of working with COLTON! I cannot recommend him enough! I was in a major pickle with an outlander I had leased a couple years ago. Despite the dealership trying their best to fix it the manufacturer had unfortunately produced a lemon. I was upside down in miles & literally in tears over the entire situation. Colton worked on getting me into a different vehicle that worked for my family and our tight budget! Despite hitting every road bump you could imagine at no fault of his own He never gave up! He spent over a month trying to help us and in the end He got me into an even better vehicle than I could have ever imagined And on budget! He is honest, hard-working, and has kids of his own so he more than understands the situation I was in and cared deeply which means the world to me! I love my new car and will be continuing to only work with Colton at Jim Shorkey and highly recommend him to everyone I know and meet! They definitely have a customer for life!
