It was a great experience. Kathryn went out of her way to accommodate my situation. It’s not common for people to go out of their way to help others out (especially customers) these days so it was a refreshing experience. I highly recommend using this storage location just because of her.

I cannot even start to summarize how wonderful Jessica's customer service is. She is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I bought a storage unit and she was so accommodating and informative during the process. I can't wait to come back and see her for all of our storage needs!

I can’t even begin to express how amazing customer service is at this place. Well let’s just start by saying Jessica and Kathy made my moving experience stress free honestly. !!!!!!!!! They were super helpful, polite, kind and very welcoming when it came to me renting out a unit. Not to mention very detailed when it came to renting out the unit Jessica went out her explaining every detail about their policy….!!!! I highly recommend renting from them for all your storage needs!!!

The lockers are clean, dry, and very easily accessible. The manager is really friendly and easy to work with. I think the price is a little high, But overall it was a very good experience.
