Initially I thought okay, maybe it was a bad day, it'll be alright. But the more I think about it, the more sour I feel over everything that happened at this facility yesterday, 12/6/23.I arrived shortly after opening for a pre employment drug screen. Right off the bat the girls behind the counter were cold and made me feel as though not having an appointment, which I believed was unnecessary, was a burden to them. They whispered quietly to each other about it taking 45 minutes and told me to sit down.Not long after I was taken to the screening room. While trying to discuss information pertinent to my drug screen the screener kept interrupting me, never allowing me to finish my concerns as far as current medications and high fever. Then an older gentleman walks out of the very restroom I'm supposed to test in. Cool.I do my business per the rules and she collects my sample. After barely looking at it she tells me, "this has no temperature." When I ask her what that means she replies, "it has no temp. It's cold. Either the sample or cup were tampered with. I can't accept this." From that moment on she had the kind of attitude that makes you feel the size of an ant. She wouldn't even look at me, rushed me back out to the waiting room and said I had to wait 20 minutes to retest and couldn't leave, otherwise it would be a refusal to retest. I grabbed a cup of coffee, which was actually pretty good, and got to drinking. This was at 8:40am.By 9am, the designated minimum time to wait between collections, I had drank 2 cups of coffee and was ready for another sample. I let the girl behind the desk know.I sat back down to wait. All the while, I could hear these girls talking about my invalid sample behind the counter. With other people in line and in the waiting room. I had another appointment scheduled for 9:30am and when it got to be around 9:15 I went back to the counter to see if I could give a sample or something really quick so I didn't miss my next appointment. This next appointment was with a specialist that I've waited 8 months to see. For my health it was VERY important I made it on time. Of course the girls didn't know that and of course they can't control how many people are in front of me. What they can control, however, is the way they treat people. While waiting in line to ask about time, I tried to ask the girl who wasn't busy and she made every effort to ignore my existence. At that point I knew that I had to make a choice between a facility that saw me as lesser than and my health. I chose my health and left. Leaving was, in fact, my choice and I understood the repercussions. Because I left I lost the job opportunity I was there to test for. I was also late for my next appointment which ended up having to be rescheduled for this coming March.I understand that it was my choice to leave. My point in leaving this review is to leave a reminder that if you can't remain unbiased in your job and treat people with dignity and respect, you are in the wrong line of work. After working in hospice care for 8 years, being drug tested every 90 days, I have never, EVER, felt so humiliated. Even if they didn't use the words directly, attitude is everything and the attitude I received overall was shameful.

This was my second time here seeing Dr.Kristina. Both times they got me In right away and the stuff was very friendly! They got me in sooner then my normal docotor. She answered all of my questions! I'll definitely come back too see her !

Amazing service!!! I was seen in my first ten minutes of being in the building, everyone was more than helpful and polite. It honestly was awesome! No complaints ??????

In all honesty I will never use this service ever again! I will never recommend to anyone to use this service.All they had to do was a simple task.I need an exam for my CDL. I passed everything came out great. now they had to fill out the paperwork to turn into our great state of Ohio.On the paperwork there's an expiration date. Common sense tells you it's one year from dates of service. Whoever filled it out (no names given) put the date of service . Made the whole day invalid.No one caught that mistake until I turned it into the state of Ohio . Ohio informed me that my paperwork is invalid.Return your great establishment and no one would admit that it was their mistake.Who's mistake would it be then?After enough complaining on my part that I need it corrected your staff was going to white it out and write over the white out. It's an official document.Never again I hope many people read this and don't come to your establishment fear this place.Their mistake will become yours!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating getting me an appointment for a dot physical. The clinic I was scheduled at only has a doctor on Fridays and my CDL would’ve been expired by then, a co worker highly recommended On Demand for dot physicals. Only $50 for a dot physical, everyone was friendly and the facility was clean! My new go to place for my physicals ?? thanks on demand

I attend a truck driving school, who partners with this Organization to do physicals & drug screens for DOT. So I got out of class and went to take my cdl permit test. I passed the cdl permit test and called ahead around 5:pm and spoke with A woman by the name of amber to confirm they were open until 7:pm I was told they would be open and all I would need is to appear around and be ready to use the restroom and I would be serviced. I agreed to arrive approximately 6:30 pm. I then got to the location at 6:30 and was evasively explained that I could not do my testing due to some technicalities that were poorly explained in an attempt to not be serviced with only 15 minutes left for the place to close. It was out of my way, I burned gas, I was pressed alrrwsdy for time. And I did not appreciate the way I was treated at all. Please consider this review and think twice before dealing with this unorganized and procrastinating organization.

I had to go here 5 times for a dot physical and still don't have my card!!! I'll never come back again nothing but red tape.. and a waste of my gas an money I paid for the physical...

They were very rude and condescending. Did not want to help me at all. Made fun of me as if I wasn’t in the lobby and lied to my job. I don’t know how they’re still open and if you have any other options go, RUN there first before you stoop down to this bottom of the barrel excuse of a urgent care or whatever it’s supposed to be.

Came in for drug testing. The staff were nice but they took 4 huge chunks of my hair out. Now I have bald spots.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Very rude staff. The only person who was nice and accommodating was the nurse practitioner. Everyone else will demean you, belittle you, and make you feel unwelcome/uncomfortable. It’s not worth it. Find a different urgent care! DO NOT COME HERE!!!
