Wery bad truck stop

very terrible. we ordered a shower cabin.
stood waiting for 2 hours. the shower was open and dirty.
towels were lying on the floor. there was no employee to clean. the employees do not fulfill their duties.
it was very dirty there. when i asked the cashier when i could use the shower she ignored my request.

This one is just okay. Nothing special. In fact there is no cinnabon, no Dunkin' donuts, McDonald's was closed at 4:30 in the morning on a weekday, there's no hot sandwiches in the hot case, and there's no little Debbie's. So between McDonald's closing and until 700 a.m., you get hostess and coffee and you'll like it.

Parking is great but the cleaning of the showers is gross. Black mold and mossy mold. Just going to show they don’t use bleach

If you want to take a shower, you will wait forever, even if there is no one in front of you in line. There are 3 in front of me. And there were 3 an hour ago.

McDonald's employees hair not put up no hand washing after scratching hair. Asked about our coffee lady with red hair everywhere just rolled her eyes. When we got our order it went in the trash. Will not order from here again. In my day working around food had to be pulled up and net on.

To get shower takes an ages, internet is crashing down all the time. Restrooms need attention for sure for cleaning, last time stopping here for 10h brake

I used to love this Pilot truck stop but all the when I try to take a shower it takes 2 hours to get your line because people work here works slow I guess I get you guys don’t earn money from it but about the customer service satisfaction??? I would suggest to management do something about it please.

This truck stop was very good to me but today I changed my mind because today the cashier girl tried to cheat me. I bought 4 bananas but she charged me for 5 bananas, I asked her for the recipe but she pretended not to hear me??? but I asked her for the recipe again and she had to give it. I asked her why she did that but she didn't answer. Her name is Mary. Be careful at this truck stop some cashiers try to cheat.
