There is a woman in a Quest Diagnostics vehicle either sleeping or passed out at the wheel in the parking lot. Hopefully she is only sleeping.

Always polite. Easy access I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

Don't tell someone that you'll be right with them, then make them wait over a hour to turn in a stool sample that has to be frozen within an hour. Saying that it will be FINE, no thank you, I rather not risk anything with my health results!!!!

Absolute horror! They had to send a test out and took EIGHT days. This delayed treatment. For added fun, they code things wrong, and I got a $260 bill for tests I have a $0 copay on all labs. This is called "balance billing" and that practice is illegal. Then the collection letters started coming...I quit calling and sent a letter to corporate saying, "If I get one more threat letter I will contact Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services."That finally got through to them, no more bills, no more letters.A very "cold" and unwelcoming blood draw area. Its like you are just a cog in a machine for them, a dollar sign, a means to an end.Never Again!

Every experience I have had at Quest Diagnostics on Mahoning has been great. Fast service (I scheduled appointments easily online). The team here is been very helpful, personable , and knowledgeable each visit. Always clean. This is the only place I will go.

After scheduling an appointment for myself and my husband regarding covid testing we arrived on location, and informed I could not schedule an appointment for him as it would be a violation of HIPAA. This is fine, I understand that and respect the laws that govern medical records. He made an appointment through his account and was able to receive a test same day.HOWEVER, both of our test results were delivered to his email. My appointment was separate from his and used a separate email, as well as insurance. After the lecture on HIPAA I expected better of this institution, as I did not consent for my results to be delivered to him.

Cannot communicate with a person about billing error. Unable to reach human using phone. Wondering how to solve all their billing errors short of going back. Makes for additional stress when you're already concerned about Health issues. Very unfriendly staff as well.

They changed their hours and wrote it on paper on the door so I wasted my time and gas because this place can't get it together! They do not care about wasting your time. AND YOU HAVE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DRUG TEST or they won't see you. You could possibly even not get the job due to this places lack of organization. Oh its supposedly because they are under staffed. But the only job online for this place is a part time job, you must not be as under staffed as you claim.

Most unfriendly staff. Absolutely can not get anyone to talk to you. Takes forever even with no one in waiting room. Can hear staff talking and laughing in back while sitting and waiting forever! They have a sign posted on the door that masks are REQUIRED, but do not enforce their own rules.

No other customers were there so I was seen quickly. The women there for kind and experienced. The woman who drew my blood was excellent, this will be my go to place! Other places around here are horrid.

There's a kiosk to check in at, which is fine by me, but some people may be annoyed by it. It was easy to use and worked perfectly. I was checked-in in under a minute (and that's including having to scan my license and insurance because of being there the first time). The waiting area is on the small side, but they offer on the kiosk if you want to wait in the car or in the waiting area, which is perfect.I had an appointment, which I got called back for about 5 mins after time. The phlebotomists were personable and professional. They ignored my service dog, as they should, and worked around him just fine.My one complaint would be about the doors. They are extremely heavy and hard to open. They need to add a door opening button. It would be helpful to everyone, but is essential to make sure your business is fully accessible. They have accessibility on the kiosk for visually impaired people (which is excellent), but then have failed at access to get in the front door. A pretty easy fix at the end of the day.(Cross-posted from Yelp 7/28/2021)

I am personally looking for another lab. I have had quicker service from a hospital. I didn't have an appointment but waited for everyone else to be served. I had checked (just didn't have an appointment) I was never served and finally left. Since there is no guarantee that a person will be served that doesn't have an appointment, doesn't mean that the person has to wait forever. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

I would like to thank the lovely girls, Amanda and her other associate whom I didn't catch her name, I didn't realize that you needed to schedule an appointment and they were so nice and accommodating that they were able to squeeze me in. Thank you again so much

I was there promptly at 8am as a walk in. I had an appointment for Monday and explained to the woman that I was unable to make that appointment. I had a 5 day window to get my test done for my new employer. The woman said that they dont do drug tests on Satuday and she had 2 clients coming in for apointments and she could not help me. I sat in the lot for 20 minutes looking for another location. No one came in the 20 minutes I was there. I found another location 20 minutes away. They were very busy full lobby and took great care of me. Southwoods Quest was worth the 20 min drive!??
