This place has 7 or 8 people working there at night and it takes 4 of them to take care of one customer at the register, the whole time freaking out. This is the most inefficient staff I've possibility ever seen. The kitchen crew were doing their work but the others were running around like chickens without heads. 8 people for that shift is crazy and unnecessary if you have competent people. I go to get-go down the street and they have the same 2 people working there all the time and have zero problems running that store by themselves. It's relaxing when you walk in. the staff isn't freaking out over small issues and they know what they're doing. The food is also better but that's besides the point. This sheetz is just very unnerving, you can feel the stress when you walk in. Idk their hiring practices but they may want to change some things.

Make sure you check thoroughly your food that you ordered !
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with double steak, an hour and 60 miles later I found out that both bagels are missing meat ! I mean no meat at all ! Girls that work night shift doesn’t really care to check the order ticket !!!

I ordered a chicken wrap from this location with fries. The wrap was filled with a little bit of chicken and a lot of lettuce. It's supposed to be to be a 12 inch chicken wrap but looks like a 6inch. The fries were extremely cold. I'm very disappointed since usually this place is really good. Don't think I'll be returning to this location.

Service was pretty good, came in at dark for a coffee to go, was quick easy and simple, bathrooms were cleaned too.

Sometimes this sheetz is great. One thing I cannot handle is when you order food and there are 5 people working in the food area. They are all talking to each other, you can see your bag of completed food and they act like you aren’t there- y'all two feet from me! Can’t see you at all. Excuse me?? Acknowledge my presence please. It’s beyond rude. It’s made me stop ordering food as much, this used to be my morning stop. I’d rather not be ignored. Other than that great experience. Very nice when they can see you. If you hate talking to customers- just put the food on the shelf for me to grab myself instead of behind the counter??? I will say it is not ALL who work at this location. Some excellent staff there as well, which is why it took me this long to review.

Ordered nachos and chicken tenders from this sheetz location Uber eats on 6/14 and this is seriously pure laziness . There was literally a drizzle of cheese on about 4 chips. Didn’t even want to eat it .just a waste of money

Disgusting got sick of of the salad i bought from here and why are you going to serve a old nasty chicken patty and what kind of sandwich has no mayo lettuce tomatoes or pickles. Health department please shut them down before anyone else gets sick from there negligence

I have bought meatball subs for years... tonight the sauce was metallic and the meatballs tasted like they came out of a dirty gym sock...don't know if they changed things
.but was terrible and the supervisor was very rude

Hello, me and my group of friends were respectfully enjoying a meal at your Austintown location on the corner of SR45 and Mahoning ave. We were not loud vulgar or disruptive. We were told to leave in an extremely rude fashion over the intercom. Claiming a dining room limit of 30 minutes. There are absolutely no signs posted informing of this supposed policy. I feel extremely disrespected by your employees and will no longer be giving your company my business if this is not resolved. This is the only location in which I’ve had a negative experience and this is absolutely unacceptable. I have worked in customer service for 7 years, this is not how you treat your customers.
