Go anywhere else, extremely lazy employees who will do the bare minimum if anything at all. I’d have a bag phone before I deal with these “pleasurable people” again.

Madison was very nice to work with today. She helped us return a great product that just didn’t work in our house as well as we hoped . It’s customer service like hers that continues to keep me loyal to T mobile for nearly 17 years !

Absolutely terrible service! I went in to upgrade my sons phone. The guy who upgraded me didn’t bother to activate the esim despite my asking about whether he would activate the phone so that my child could make and receive calls. I wasn’t even provided with a bag to carry my boxes for the phone case, screen protector, phone and receipts! I have been with T-Mobile almost 10 years and have never left the store after making a purchase without a bag! Because of this, I forgot my receipts at the store. It’s Memorial Day and customer service wasn’t answering so I called the store to ask them if they had my receipts or if they had been emailed. I was told that if they had been left behind that they had been shredded. Mind you, this was the manager who said this because I had given up talking to the man who upgraded me as he told me that he was not supposed to activate my sim before we left the store. The manager proceeded to tell me to come back to the store so that they could activate my sons phone. Meanwhile, my child was in tears as this was his birthday gift. The manager says, “well, looks like there was a mistake made. Mistakes happen.” Like what even is customer care anymore! So screw me, it was a mistake, tough crap. Figure it out. What are they even teaching people at these stores anymore!! So, this guy took my money, made commission off of me, provides TERRIBLE customer service and showed zero remorse for screwing up my sons gift! I understand mistakes happen, but to deflect the responsibility for the mistake back on to the customer is bad business!! I could cry right now, it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a store!

Wanted to look at a phone that Tmobile showed online, but store didn't have it to look at. Employee never even heard of it until he pulled it up online. Employee was more focused on pushing other sales items - internet, tablet, etc.

If your phone carrier is T-Mobile and you live in mahoning county please do not go to this store all they do is try to rush you out without helping you the answer is always “you have to contact customer service” no matter what you go in the store for it’s ridiculous and the staff is not very nice either. ??♀️

We had great service from Chuck!! He went through step by step to help us reach our needs with the offers they had. Brock & others gave some extra help when needed! They worked together as a good team. We never felt obligated & they stood patiently as we made our decision on what would fit our needs. I have to be honest, I always dread going into a phone store but this time I’m glad we did! We thank you all for great customer service!!

Went in today to get home internet. I arrived in a bad mood and a bad perception of T-Mobile/sprint. I was kind of a j*** when I arrived Julian was my rep. He was fantastic and got me set up and explained to me everything I needed to do in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend this location for customer service and product knowledge. This location is now my go-to for cell service and tech related gadgets. Ask for him. You will not be disappointed!

They trusted me like I had brains. Like I had the plague. The worse experience of customer service I ever had. Would not listen to me or read the notes on my account about whst was happening with my phone. It has hardware issues. I want them to get retrained on there products. Buyers remorse.
