Greg the shift manager I believe lied to me and said they didn't have the tire I needed when we looked for it Lilly found it on the rack with the other 3 and he was just a rude guy not very professional. Chris at cash register needs training doesn't know how to do exchange did a return and made me pay for it and now have to wait for my money. Miss Lilly who helped me at customer service was very polite and professional she deserves to be recognized for it!

I just LOVE shopping at the Austintown store. ALL the Employees, and I mean ALL the Employees, are so kind and Helpful! Even some customers help load my dog food for me, 50# bags.

Drove to get a truck toolbox. 1 in stock. I get there, the toolbox has bird crap on it, loads of dust, and dents. It won’t even open, and the associate kept getting called elsewhere, so apparently something or something else kept taking priority. Waste of time and gas.
Call before you go. Tell them to put hands on it before you waste a trip if they have low stock…

Would give a zero if I could. Have been to austintow. Store several times to purchase propane and or tanks. They make a excuse Everytime why they can't do it. Tried to purchase new tank and have filled but because we have a cap on truck can't do that either. No more business from me.

We bought a cub cadet tractor on April 14th 2024, used it 4 times (we only have .75 acres), on June 28, 2024 it simply quit working. Called Tractor Supply to advise and get replacement. They informed me they have a 30 day return policy and refused to exchange, 30 day return policy on a riding lawn mower???? How many times does one cut their grass in 30 days!!! They told me to call manufacturer, ridiculous as they should exchange and deal with the manufacturer, but I called them it's $80 to send someone out to look at the tractor we JUST spent $3000 on!! DO NOT SHOP HERE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
7/10/24- I would like to edit this review as Tractor Supply resolution Team contacted me and rectified this issue. I would like to especially thank Robin Fuller the DM, she reached out to me and within an hour arranged to have my Tractor exchanged the next day! I would also like to thank Christopher M , he also reached out to me and started the process of resolving this issue!! This has restored my faith that great Customer experience does exist and I will be a lifelong Tractor Supply Customer as it's very unusual these days to be heard as a customer!! Thank you so much!

The yard fixtures that you sell, like the white cross, red truck ect. don't work very long. That's a lot of just wasted money I say.However, I do like the store in Austintown as well as warren. I'll be back but maybe you might get better yard stuff. Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!
