The therapists at Phoenix Rehab in Austintown are like family. They are very gentle yet thorough and take a personal interest in your life outside of their establishment. They are extra friendly and kind. The receptionist, Sierra is great she is a kind and caring person.

Very caring team of physical therapists. I have been going to them on and off for 9 months prepping for surgery. I finally had my surgery and can go anywhere I want for physical therapy and I will be going here. It doesn’t matter which PT I get, I get the same great care.

I had a total knee replacement. The staff is amazingly patient, kind and very knowledgeable. The receptionist is very patient with fitting around my schedule. I have to depend on a driver as I am not allowed to drive yet.My only negative complaint would be that this business does not have automatic handicap door opener.
