Well, this wasn't just a great experience with Miranda and Verizon. This was professional , friendly and genuine all rolled into one. My experience should be a training video on customer service. Verizon, you have a winner working for you. Don't let her get away.

Ok, Here's the deal with this store, as I only give honest reviews. I have gone into this store on many occasions, and each time, they have denied the policy agreement that is set in place by Verizon Corp. Verizon has even put their policy agreement in my account in the note for them to view and verify, and this store will still refuse to follow their own agreement. Yes, this is a Verizon authorized store, and it is one of their own. They are there if you want a phone, and I would even question that as you can call Verizon Corp and get a better deal than going to this store and doing business with them. And by the way, they don't keep everything you see in the store. And if you need anything else, good luck getting that too from this store. My advice is to call Verizon for a better deal on a new phone deal than going to this store.
