The new renovations they are doing make shopping there confusing and irritating. Otherwise this Walmart is by far better than the other local Walmart stores.

Won't honor returns. I bought a pair of shoes for work and they were to narrow so I tried to return them back after 6 days even though Walmart policy is 90 days but they wouldn't take them because they said they don't accept returns anymore. They just lost a customer that spends about $1000 a month over a $40 pair of shoes.

My biggest complaint being prices are not cheaper and they expect customers to do self checkout. Two cashier's at the busiest time of day. Ridiculous. Hire more help if you truly care about customer satisfaction.
