“Took my 2023 Highlander in for its one year service and check up. I was greeted by a service advisor. He listened to my requests (oil change/tire rotation/warranty issues) asked if I would wait for my car, I had a ride, left my car with him. I was called about two hours later, was explained about work done and told my car was ready. I returned, my service advisor recognized me, came to me, had me sign the paperwork, called for a rep to bring my car up, which was done promptly. My car was cleaner than when I brought it in, I visually inspected my wheels (no scratches) my car sides (no dents) I always want my vehicle returned in the condition I dropped it off in. I am a satisfied customer.”

“GK’s detailed my 2020 SUV today and it looks better than when I purchased it used from the dealership a few years ago (and it was detailed before I bought it)! You would never be able to tell that I have an 8 yr old who eats in my car daily. My all weather mats were destroyed from the salt, snow and slush from Ohio winters and they now look brand new! GK’s let me use a loaner car for the day which was so convenient and extremely helpful with my busy schedule. Professional, friendly and excellent service!”
“She was at my home right on time. Got right to it. I added a wash along with my interior shampoo and detail. She was able to get it all done. Truck smells great. It was long overdue for a good detail. I had spilled butter and grease on the backseats from picking up catering the week before. The truck was smelling pretty gross. It's always parked outside so I'm sure that didn't help. She was able to get rid of the smell, and made it look good as new. I highly recommend.”
