This place is a real toilet! 5 out of the 6 pumps are" broken " and don't take a debit card, it has been this way for over a year. FIX them.the staff is rude and very unpleasant! Thank God there is another gas station across the street that I will use going forward. Awful example for the BP name.

I understand that the hours of operation vary due to the pandemic, but I’m pretty sure the neon sign in the front window that’s says “OPEN” can be turned off when it is not.Additionally, the reason for deactivating purchased lottery tickets is a lesson in inane logic and frustration! If you purchase a lottery ticket that happens to be a winner and don’t cash it before they close, you have to wait until they open (which varies). I was told by a BP employee at that location that this is because if someone breaks in and steals them they won’t be able to cash them… Hmmm, if a thief can break-in without setting off the alarm, boot up the system, activate the tickets, get out of there, scratch them, and go somewhere to cash the winners before the break-in is discovered (the police station is literally 1000 ft away), they have earned the winnings for pulling off the impossible in my opinion. Logically, you would think the frustration of the customers with winning tickets they can’t cash outside BP’s hours surely would outweigh the slim odds of numerous master thieves putting a dent in BP’s profits and they would rethink that policy.

I went here for some drinks on the way home on the weekend of 7-3-21. While at this location I noticed there were \\\"edibles\\\" for sale behind the cashier desk and I purchased a pk of \\\"cannaburst\\\" THC gummies from the cashier. I thought it was odd but no need for details about the legality of it, I took 4 gummies when I got home and gave some to my wife. 2 hours later nothing had changed and I developed a small headache and was unusually tired the next day. In Short if you see these items for sale that have a THC sticker DO NOT BUY THEM unless you want to waste 20 dollars and get a headache

I will never go here again! The pumps are consistently out of order and when they do work, you never get a receipt. You have to go inside to get one and they act like you're asking them for too much. They also won't let you use their restrooms, they will tell you to go to the nearby McDonald's. They are rude with their attitudes and customer services. Good bye!

This has to be the worst gas station in Avon Lake Ohio none of the gas pumps accept credit card when you walk inside you could barely fit between the aisles the handicap spot is always taken and the rear fire door is blocked by a pallet of Coca-Cola always. have no clue who owns this but this needs to shut down or get sold. If I could attach a video of the rain water dripping off the overhang rapidly on to my hood with pieces of paint in it I would.
