This allows parents to commit to their fitness journey, with children often not wanting to leave when class is over. Members enjoy a universal membership for visiting any location and personal meetings with trainers. Workouts are challenging yet flexible, allowing for modifications or increased intensity, and are designed to engage the full body for complete body change. They take place on a signature Floating Floor suitable for every fitness level. Participants leave feeling stronger, more energized, and accomplished, working harder and improving form with the trainers' support. I was that person who kept signing up for free trials but never actually attended BURN. I am so glad Meghan and Mary pushed me to try it! Burn is just what I needed to get back into working out after having 2 kids. I love how quick the workouts seem, yet how strong I feel after!

I highly recommend burn boot camp in Avon Lake! The trainers are awesome and the community of members is unlike any other group fitness. It is a great workout that is different everyday. Try it out. You won’t regret it!
