Excellent vets. Excellent staff. They're always there for you when you need them. Over the years I've had several emergencies and my cats have been taken in immediately. They're quick to respond to any messages I leave. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I met this amazing staff when my pet was clinging to life! Not only did they save my pup, they genuinely cared! They not only went out of their way to comfort her, they also did what they could to make me feel better. Constantly updating me and trying to comfort me. Top notch care! An amazingly kind and caring staff!

I love this place! My husband and I made an emergency appointment for our dog who had a bump on his belly. We got great news! It was his nipples �. I was beyond embarrassed...The staff and Dr were great!!! I don't know if I will ever be able to step foot in there again but we will forever be loyal to this place! Our doggy is always in great hands and care at Avon Lake Animal Clinic! ♡

I've read some of the recent negative reviews and it actually surprised me. So far our experience has been great. Dr Mike Haddad has been fantastic! I have a rescue pup and she fell and needed surgery on her hind leg. From the start Dr Mike has been very compassionate, supportive and seems very knowledgeable in his profession. He's put our pup, Juno's needs first. Being a single mother, our budget is very tight and Dr Mike has worked with me to make the surgery possible. Now
