In all fairness to them, so many of the reviews are really old before the new owners took over. The washing machines are newer and very nice. No complaints.

Everything I remember about coin laundry. Most of the machines were working properly, there was no change machine.

I paid $7.50 for the commercial washer. When the cycle ended I opened the door only to find my quilt soak in wet! No phone to call owner.

I gave this place a one star because I looked at the reviews and it said four stars so I decided to use this laundry mat only to come and find out that they don't have a public restroom. The lady that was working was rude and not responsive when asked questions. It's unfortunate what kind of laundry mat doesn't have a public bathroom when people are sitting there waiting for their clothes to wash and dry!?!! Step your game up!!! there's levels to this!!

Average laundromat that needs updating. Several broken machines. Relatively clean. Prices are typical. $2.00, $2.50, $4.25, $5.50, $7.50.Dryers are $0.25 for 5 minutes.This is the only coin operated laundromat within several miles, and Avon Lake is an upper-socioeconomic community. One would expect better. No WiFi, several broken lightbulbs.Washers with "Coming Soon" signs reviewed 7 months ago have not changed.No bathroom. !!!

Soap dispensers were moldy and gross. Door seal was moldy. Most of the big machines were “coming soon” aka out of order.Decent ice cream next door for the wait.
