“Everything today is either picked up and Bought and already included shipping.UPS store is good for a residential package or a last minute rush to a customer. Packaging is very expensive but that is the nature of the service. I found my experience was prompt and courteous. I always enjoy a suggestion about how I can do things better or a did you know fact! I have been in sales a longgg time and today we can’t assume anything because we don’t know everything.”
“I always receive excellent service and assistance here. They never cease to amaze me with their patience and helpfulness. They must have tons of ridiculous questions and situations all day, but they never seem to let that affect the service they give. Today was no exception, Heather noticed that I had requested to return some thing at Whole Foods instead of at her store. She simply and clearly describe what I could do and allowed me to stay at the counter and fix it while she stepped aside to help someone else. Your kindness, efficiency, and helpfulness is so appreciated!
