Pharmacy has the most rude people working in there, there is no customer service ,I need to change pharmacy, they dont informed you over any of medicine ,I have to do most of information on my own , even the count of pills is wrong ,bad bad bad ,someone needs to check the staff at pharmacy ,in the other hand ,I love Noah such of great and polite young men ,always with a ? smile, thank you Noah.

The store itself is clean & most employees are friendly.The pharmacy staff on the other hand is ALWAYS rude. Any time I have to ask them for any help, it’s always an attitude. They are also very lazy.Sat & waited until they reopened, bc of their ridiculously scheduled lunch hour.Nobody else in line, store is dead … but they refused to give my daughter & I a flu shot bc we didn’t have an appointment even though there was literally nobody else in the store. Since when did Walgreens stop taking walk-ins?!Use another pharmacy if you need prescriptions or medicine.

Don't come here for any kids' vaccinations. My 6 year old daughter was afraid and the "pharmacist" kicked us out because she cried. He told us we had to reschedule and wasted a covid shot. There was 1 other person in line and we were in there for less than 5 mins.

Have used walgreens pharmacy for the last 8 years with no issues and the last 6 months has been a real pain!! I have been on the same medication for years and all of sudden they have an issue filling it. Thought it was the insurance company, but no. Not understanding what the deal is. I can't function without the medication and I don't appreciate the bullshit and runaround.

I used to print out photos at this store without any issues but just had a bad experience. We were printing photos to use in a collage for a graduation party. When my daughter received the email they were ready, she tried to pick them up, but was told to come back. The times this happened and when I saw the poor quality of the photos, I went down there myself. Heads were cut off, faces & teeth were literally green. When I got there I politely asked for the manager who seemed to have been just woken from a nap. She gave me the same explanation as my daughter, that the old printer want that good & they'd try to get it to go to the newer one but I'd need to come back bc was printing. I ran a few errands, came back to 2 piles of 100 photos just as bad as the batch they gave my daughter. I asked for a refund & was given one but while the manager was not rude she was unprofessional, completely expressionless, monotone and never once even apologized for our trouble. She turned her back and walked away without a word after handing me the receipt. Ridiculous. I will never print photos here again..

Extremely rude staff. Stopped by to drop a FEDEX package and the lady who was manning the desk was busy having a personal conversation with someone on her cell phone. I waited patiently for her to finish the call and then she rudely dismissed my saying they don't do FEDEX express. This must be a new policy as i just shipped last week with FEDEX express. When i tried to ask where else i can go she rudely shoved me a piece of paper in front of me to "refer". Fortunately there was a FEDEX van right outside the store and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Never stepping in this location again.

Just ran into the store. It was very clean and they had everything I needed. Noah rang me out at the register. He was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out of there fast. I wish more of my experiences at stores were ending with a happy cashier like Noah. Great job Noah and Walgreens Avon Lake team.

Rude staff. No help with insurance issues whatsoever. In the past had a similar issue and they re-submitted with insurance and solved the problem. This time they just said too bad. If anything ever changes with your Insurance with or without your knowledge you'll be much better off elsewhere.

I only left one star so I can leave a review...left me waiting in line....this place is prejudiced, no matter how they cover it up . they will probably say that they have people of color employees..ha ha ...still prejudiced... won't get any more of my money

I was in the store today an a VERY nice young man named Noah checked me out. He was so polite. I am so glad to see that Walgreens hires persons of all abilities who want to work. Kudos, I will be back and hope he waits on me again.

I am very upset with this walgreens, I was just falsely accused of stealing a pair of tweezers. I went there for my lunch hour and spent time browsing the aisles and realized I needed the bathroom. Left my cart outside of the restroom as you should and went in to have a bowel movement. when I was done I was checking out and the police were by the door. I even joked with the cashier about there being trouble in paradise. as I was walking out the manager and the police were still standing there and stopped me talking about me taking a pair of tweezers to the restroom. I dont carry a purse but I volunteered to empty my pockets and patted myself down and asked the police to please review cameras. i will be contacting an attorney regarding this incident.
