Sarah and Jessica are absolute angels!!! We have been to the store 2 times with different issues (that were totally our fault) and they went out of their way to fix it! Seriously the best!!!

This store is absolutely amazing!!! Jessica Craig is the reason I visit this store she is absolutely knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. I definitely recommend the drive to see her. I had dealt with her when she ran the Sandusky Ohio store and always had the best experiences with her. Thank you Jessica and to get the newer Samsung phone when it is released I will male the drive to Avon to deal with her personally to make my purchase and set up my new device. She is definitely the best!!!

This has been the worst experience ever! We went in to get help with a non-profit account and ended up switching our personal phones from Verizon to AT&T. At the time Rob seemed really nice but since the day we left, it has been a nightmare and nobody will resolve our issue. We have had to spend close to $2500 to switch our service over, we were promised credits that we haven’t received. We were told our first bill would be taken care of, it wasn’t and our lines ended up getting disconnected after multiple assurances from the Avon store that it was being taken care. The non-profit account bill has gone up 4 times the amount that we were promised and now the billing is completely messed up. I was promised that the general manager would be giving me a call and that has yet to happen. I would not recommend this store or their employees to anyone at this point.

Employees and Managment are not a happy bunch. Manager doesn't come out the back, and when she does she has an attitude.Terrible follow up with issues concerning my billing. Gave me a number to call that is a fake line.At&T in its self is great. This store and its Managment is not.

We shopped here yesterday and had a great experience. Sarah C. was fantastic and patient. She made sure everything was working and transferred on four lines. She reminded me to disconnect my cellular watches with another provider so I don't have a bill with them. Sarah C. was thoughtful enough to make sure my mom is an authorized user so that if she has questions, problems she can go to a store near her and get help. Great customer service and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Heaven, an associate at the store was absolutely amazing! Helpful, respectful, and really knew what she needed to do to resolve my issue. I was expecting to be in the store for long or have to come back but Heaven resolved my issue and I was out of the store in 10mins. Cannot say enough great things about the service!

If i could give this store zero stars I would. They will scam you and open multipe lines and phones in your name and steal your trade in. The blonde manager is in on it and is no help. Rob in sales is the one that opened additional lines in my name.

I had a great experience at this location, especially with Rob, He has a lot of knowledge and experience. I was going there to fix a problem. Rob fixed the problem and sell me, a phone and a watch, because he's very Great at his job and passionate and patient and understands the customers. Rob Answered all my questions, he defended having to be a manager or the head of the store.I will always recommend this story all my friends in the family go to this specific store for all the answers and even if you want to buy anything.Thank you so much, Rob, For making my experience great.

I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years and the customer service had gotten so bad each year. I decided to switch to AT&T first net. On a recommendation I stopped into the avon commons store and worked with Jessica. She was very efficient and friendly and got my new service quickly and effectively. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable with AT&T after telling her about my bad experience with Verizon. I’d definitely recommend the Avon store and I’d tell them to ask for Jessica!
