Incredible service there by a young man named Andrew K. Knowledgeable, readily came out to my car to help me with my issues, saved me a little money, and in so doing has now made me a regular customer at this Autozone. Thank you, Andrew.

I had been to ACE and another autozone and Carter went above and beyond. Together we figured out the best option I had my screw driver but wasn't necessary bc he followed me out I to the tain and took care of my need on the spot and was very gracious. I will definitely return here

On three occasions now that ive came in Ive been given the wrong parts for things. Its pretty frustrating I have to go to elyria to have them fix it/ do returns on stuff. & the crazy part is it isnt the same things im coming in there for. Its been lights for my car, windshield whipers etc; I think that maybe employees need trained a little better on their knowledge or whatever may have you. Everyones been nice, i just always get incorrect parts.

My rear break light was out, took my Ford into Auto Zone with my problem. HAD GREAT HELP from Cory. Within 10 minutes, my problem was solved, and his customer service went beyond. Thank you!
