Very poor customer service. The short, bald manager, I can't remember his name, will lie to a customer and then double down even after he can't back up his claims with company policy.
Yes, that includes his "store rule" of making an electronic return within 72 hours. Even though he claimed this to be a store rule, neither he nor his associate helping could find this policy anywhere.
This is the only experience I have had with Best Buy Avon, and for that reason a 1 star rating is warranted.

Just moved here from out of state and we were expecting a TV to be delivered at our old house out of state. We didn't hear anything like we were told we would, so I talked to the GM Chuck while I was shopping and he was able to reach out to the delivery driver and call me later with a delivery window. I appreciate the effort and follow through! Excellent customer service.

Bait and switch. Dyson vacuum cleaner on sale and listed in stock online but don’t have that model. Will sell a lesser model for $20 more.

Frost was amazing at helping me find what I needed! I came in with a couple different computers in mind. But I realized the two I was looking at were not exactly what I wanted. He found me a great deal on an Omen laptop that is going to help me in my college endeavors. He did not have a salesman attitude, but rather a friendly helpful way about him. He was very knowledgeable about the latest gen tech as well. Another associate did try to come by and sign me up for a card making me think it was simply a rewards card. It was very unsettling as I felt like I was being tricked and he was not being transparent whatsoever. But thanks to Frost for improving my experience and pointing me towards this laptop!

I visited this Best Buy location on one of the most challenging days of my life. I was there to purchase a laptop and the woman that helped me decide and ultimately purchase the one I chose was extremely helpful and went way out of her way to accommodate my never-ending series of questions. Without her I probably would not have purchased anything that day.
Going beyond that exemplary customer service, like I said I was navigating through a very difficult situation in my life that was completely unrelated to this purchase. I shared some details with this young woman. I'm not sure why but I think I felt so alone in the moment and I just needed someone to tell me I made the right choice. She reinforced to me that what I did was not only the right thing but that I had no other choice. Then she shared some details about a similar situation that a family member of hers went through and how that person got through it. And I think without her words of comfort in that moment I don't know if I'd be here writing this review for Best Buy today.
I went back once to see if I could find her and offer her the only thing I can, which is a thank you, but she wasn't working and I couldn't describe her very well to another staff member so nobody knew who I was talking about. If somehow you read this review about the store you work at I just want you to know that you saved my life. I will try to visit the store again to thank you in person.

Dylan was really hopefully, he spend a good amount of time with my Fiance to make sure he had what he needed for his sound system. One of the best customer service interactions we've had.
