Help, there isn’t. The workers are lazy and uninformed about the products they sell. There are no samples with which to try out many electronics. Ridiculous.

I bought two hoverboards. Exactly 30 days old. Charger port was loose of one and second one is getting loose. Store refused to exchange product. Standing up to policy of 14 day return even though I am a best buy member and should have 60 days and the manager was claiming that we broke the port even thought both was loose from the beginning as its a manufacturing flaw. End of story when a store doesn’t stand up for there products is not a store to buy from. I run a business and stand up to what we do.

They are willing to sell you phones etc. But want to charge you $40.00 an hour to transfer data and set phone up. It would be like a car dealer charging you to show you the features of your new car and how to use them for a fee after you purchased the item from them. what a SLAP IN THE FACE. best buy has got to be kidding. No wonder their profits are up but customer satisfaction is very loe. Buy elsewhere, somewhere your hard earned money is appreciated. DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY and their GREED SQUAD!!!

Went there to buy a memory stick and kid said he was on commission. The new policy was to charge customers to show them how to use and install the stuff they sell at Best Buy. He said Best Buys realized how valuable the sales people's time was but forgot to tell the sales people that without those pesky customers, the sales people will not be needed. Everything can be bought online so NO SALES PEOPLE and no store will be needed. Shame on you Best Buys for record profits and your still greedy enough to try and force me to pay your greed squad to try and figure out how to install your product that the sales people are not even sure how to install.
