Mase at BJ's Optical in Avon, OH is the absolute best. I put off getting new glasses for several years because I hate picking new frames and the expense and hassle of getting glasses always makes me feel like I am being ripped off. Mase helped me every step of the way. From assisting with frame selection and what would work best with my prescription to total price transparency with pricing as well as measuring and fitting my new glasses perfectly. To top it off, I got my new glasses much sooner then promised. Overall, such a good experience. Thank you Mase for going above and beyond and for your knowledge and expertise!

I had a pair of eyeglasses from an invalid friend of mine that was in 5 pieces, no screws and tape gunk all over the lenses and stems. Those glasses were her only means to see the T.V. and read. Mase at the B.Js Optical Avon facility did an unbelievable job of piecing those glasses together and cleaning them until they sparkled. And, he would not accept payment for doing the good deed. I gave the glasses to her today and she almost cried with joy. It meant a lot for her to see again. Shout out to Mase and B.J.s for the excellent service and outstanding staff. Thank you!

My frames that I had purchased from another eye wear facility, less than 18 months prior, had broke and the "said facility" basically said "too bad, so sad, out of warranty, but to get new frames would cost me over $200+ and it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get them back". So I went to BJ's optical in Avon, Ohio. What a great experience!!! Mase, at the Avon, Ohio BJ's Optical location, was "TOP NOTCH"! I arrived at 5:45pm (15 minutes before they closed) and Mase, didn't clock watch, didn't rush and made me feel like my business was important. He found that frames that were similar to the ones that broke, popped in my lenses, adjusted the new frames to my face and for $128, I was on my way with new frames and a perfect fit in no time!!! I highly recommend Mase at BJ's Optical in Avon, Ohio. And I will definitely send anyone I know there for frames. And you don't have to be a member of BJ's to do business with the Optical department. If I could give Mase 10 stars I would!!!

Mase helped me very much! He relieved a lot of my stress and helped my five year old son find two perfect pairs of glasses. He explained things very thoroughly and didn't charge an arm and a leg; awesome customer service!

First off you do not need a membership to come to the optical and their prices on contacts are a considerable savings plus free shipping to your home.I came in yesterday just to order contacts and ended up sitting down with a technician by the name of Robert for almost an hour. He answered many questions I had about eye care and what starts to happen to our eyes as we age. We spoke about everything from Lasik to reading glasses. He also cleaned and adjusted my current glasses for a better fit and gave me a quote and a recommendation on new lenses for my current frames.Robert treated me like a Queen and was not annoyed with all my questions. Thank you Robert so much. You are truly the best.
