Just passing through and didn't realize it was touchless until after arriving... Took a gamble anyways and left my car equally as dirty as before. Waste of $17. Basically a scam if you want a clean car. Don't even bother.

Waste of $16. Had to come home and wash 1/4 of car with a cloth. Big dirty areas were left on sides and back of car. Very disappointing.

Ok people. It's a laser wash not a hand wash. But the results here I think are fantastic. $9 basic wash on my wife's salt covered Traverse. I run my Silverado 2500 through all the time. Very pleased.

Terrible worthless wash and waste of money. Yes I got the $9 wash to knock off the salt and grime but really? A wash that barely lasted 45 seconds???? My car looks like complete crap and you'd never know it even got washed. Never again!

Have a monthly subscription and does not allow me to use code. Just a lazer wash not soft brush. Was stuck in line and had to pay out of pocket even though I pay monthly. Drive elsewhere

No unlimited plan - basically useless. Too many other carwashes with reasonable plans. Shame.

No point in paying $16 for “The works” it didn’t even rinse the salt off. The “Lava wax” selection is basically donating an additional 3 dollars for nothing.

Car wash isn't very good. My car still has bug splatter marks on the windshield. Also at the end of the wash there are no dryers on the side to dry all angles of the car. Left the car wash with my car dripping wet.

This is the only car wash I use in winter. In summer I wash my cars by hand because I'm a car nut and just very particular. This car wash stands out because it is TOUCH FREE, which is very important as most carcasses have brushes that wreak havoc on your paint clearcoat.

I waited 25 minutes for nothing. I purchased monthly membership from Blue Falls but it didn’t work in Avon location and I didn’t see any sign about it I am so disappointed.

Paid for ‘The Works’ plus ceramic coating ($19) and all it did was rinse my car off with water and gave me the green light to exit. What an inconvenience.Services: Auto detailing
