Caliber's repair work is perfection. The customer service is superb and always with a smile. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, clean, working condition, and I was satisfied before leaving their lot. They went over every single thing they did to repair my car. I was crushed when I was hit in a parking lot after I bought my brand new car (only 3000 miles on it!) They made things right and perfect for me and I feel so so much better. Will go back again and will refer to anyone!! They are truly the best and make sure all repairs meet dealership parameters.

You can not tell what happened to my sweet car! Everyone there is so kind, the atmosphere is peak with nummy snacks and cute lil fishies!! They did a WONDERFUL job with my car, and if I ever need to get anything done to my car again like this, trust I will be choosing Caliber.

I had taken my Mustang convertible in for repair a few years ago to repair extensive hail damage. Was very impressed by not only the flawless repair but also the professional and timely service that was provided. When my car recently was damaged in a parking lot, felt very confident taking the car back to them. They did not disappoint! Great job and great customer service!

1): Orange peel paint finish job on the hood. Shop did not notice a bump on the hood prior to requesting vehicle pick up. Rocker panels showed large gaps between the body and panel. Kept the vehicle for an additional week to make rocker panel repairs and hood repair.
2): Body color does not match the repaired bumper. Rear bumper spoiler was supposed to be painted black. They painted it white.
3): Rocker panel L&R needed to be reinstalled.
4): More than obvious noticeable bondo used for repair on side panel.
5): Took the vehicle to another auto body shop and they pointed out a significant amount of other issues. Fender and hood alignment - very bad.
Note: initially took my vehicle there for repair because I had previously had work done to it when it was Westlake Auto Body. I was told that they kept some of the original employees from WAB. Hence the reason why I felt comfortable leaving it there. Unfortunately, I believe there are only two employees left from when it was WAB and one was close to retirement.
There appears to be no QA QC in place at this establishment. You would think management would inspect all vehicle prior to informing the customer that all repairs have been satisfactorily completed. Not the case here. (Very Disappointed with the work done).

I had my car fixed at Caliber after someone backed into me. They did a nice of repairing the damage and I didn’t have to deal with any payments whatsoever since they worked directly with my insurance and the carrier for the driver who was at fault.

Owning a brand new car and getting a fender bender. Mike was super easy to work with. Brittany handled the updates and turn over the vehicle car looks brand new again.

Needed new side view mirror. Mike at Caliber in Avon quickly assessed the problem and found a mirror from another Audi to replace it. It was painted with exact match and attached to the car within 36 hours. Estimate was accurate. Excellent service and communication.

I took my car to Caliber for repairs and had the best customer service and repair work!. Mike and Britany were very pleasant, explained everything and took care of everything not only the repairs but also handling the claim with my insurance. They definitely know what good customer service is and how to make a very stressful situation (damaged car) effortless and the repairs were flawless. Definitely and highly recommend Caliber for your car repairs.
