Great service and everyone there is very friendly. Easy to schedule service. Entire staff is very knowledgeable, and they don’t appear to pressure you for unnecessary work - recommendations are based on what they see as a result of their actual inspections that include pictures. However, pricing seems high.

I visited Christian Brothers Automotive at Avon Lakes facility about a month ago and had a great experience. Despite not having a scheduled appointment, the staff welcomed me warmly and were extremely helpful. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely willing to assist. Their expertise and ethical approach left a strong impression on me. I truly appreciate the service I received and would highly recommend this place to others.

I have taking my mini cooper to Christian Brothers a few times. Always happy but this time they went way and above. I took my 10 year old mini cooper in for a Service analysis because it wasn’t running right and I didn’t have brake lights. Jeff was so helpful and very kind. Unfortunately he had to give me bad news that my car was basically done. He gave me different scenarios on how they could fix my car , we decided to let the car go. He Gave me suggestions on what I should do with my old car and what type of car I should buy to fit my needs and my lifestyle. I was given very bad news, but he did it with Grace. He didn’t get anything out of my appointment on this day but we will be back because of what Jeff did for me. I recommend Jeff and Christian Brothers of Avon.

Trusted these guys to try and fix my truck THREE TIMES. Had it in and out of their shop 3 times in roughly 3 weeks. Each time the problem got worse instead of better. They apparently have no clue what theyre doing or are unable to admit they can't diagnose the problem. However, they still took $1500 from me and left me with an undrivable vehicle. Furthermor, they not only felt no remorse but acted as if this was standard operating procedure for them. They don't stand behind their work and will invent problems to charge you for when they can't determine what the actual issues are. Go anywhere else but here!!

This used to be the best place for service now not so much customer service was great but work well that’s a different story took them another one of my dodge cars for adaptive suspension service and I was told to replace my module which was over 2k from them called dodge this morning they said before I get it replaced there is a simple check of harness's and sensor’s before replacing module which was not done to my car also it’s recommended this check before you even replace module seems a lazy on there part tell your guys do what they are supposed to do before you have someone just throw money away guy’s

Christian Brothers Automotive at Avon is a great shop. I've had my 2006 Mazda 3 serviced there for multiple oil changes, emission leak and coolant leak and they've solved everything I've thrown at them. I love that they keep you up to date after a diagnostic with pictures and suggestions from their mechanics sent to your phone and e-mail. They also perform the suggested service at a fast pace so you don't have to be without a vehicle for very long. I recently dropped off my car for the coolant leak one day and they had it up and running less than 24 hours later. They went above and beyond to get my car to pass the emissions inspection for the state as well. Their shuttle service is also great since I live on my own. 10/10 shop. Keep up the good work.

Christian Brothers in Avon is extremely professional and efficient. They treat you like family and ensure that your vehicle receives the service it requires without trying to sell you things you don't need. I would especially recommend them to young women who are not knowledgeable about automotive repair. They will not try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge. I recommend you try them once. You will be so satisfied that you will not take your car anywhere else.

So my sister took my Chrysler 200 up here because of electric problems I told them to check 5 volts references and everything because it can be pcm they said it was the throttle body and crankshaft sensor causing limp mode after they diagnostic test and said it was ready to be picked up so my sister picked the car up and not even 2 hours later same exact problem after spending around $1500 and I mind you limp mode causes car to lose all power so that is very dangerous just happy my sister was able to make it out with no car accident NOW with an further diagnostic its Deemed to be a faulty PCM which I’m sure could have been figured out the first time doing a proper diagnostic test I would have respected them more if they would have offered to credit the labor costs from the first problem that they was so confident in it to be towards what the problem really is which is another $1500 so I’ll just never go here again and just go to the dealership from now on !
