I wish I would've gotten the young ladies name..she found my husband who wandered off in the amigo cart when we checked out. She couldn't have been more helpful. Costco doesn't have a paging system. She works in cust service..she said "I'll find him"..not a minute went by before he was found safely. You know who you are and I hope you get acknowledged for your superior caring skills. Btw, if it helps to narrow you down..you are a beautiful woman of color

Their $10 16 in pizza is a great deal! So is the hot dog and drink $1.50 combo. Their churros just aren't the same post covid. Chicken bakes are also delicious.

Our last trip to Costco was last Sunday and we spent over $700. Im extremely disappointed. It’s not even been a week and the bagels we purchased are FULL of mold! We can buy bagels at Aldi and they last weeks. The salad: completely mushy this morning. I couldn’t even make a salad for lunch. Not sure what’s going on but this is not normal product quality.

Overall I love this store...only one complaint. The croissants are ALWAYS over cooked! They would be amazing but they leave them in the oven 1-2 minutes too long and it ruins them. Please consider changing your cook time, thank you

This particular Costco feels slightly more compact inside, especially in the width of the aisles, than others I'm used to everywhere else in the country. Plus the parking lot seems narrow given the fact that some folks around here are rather clueless (swerving wildly, with one hand holding a phone up to the ear and the kids grabbing for the other hand) while others are super passive-aggressive (they'll drive at a snail's pace, but then race to cut you off once they're triggered by the sight of your out-of-state license plate). Not surprising given the red-state territory and a pervasively insular culture. Still, assuming you've made it inside safely without being run over by a minivan or a sleeper-cell domestic terrorist, you'll find all the usual Costco items in abundance inside. Abundance being the point, whether heaps and heaps of ground beef for the football team or decades' worth of batteries and mixed nuts for the preppers in your life. Here's to mass consumption, y'all!

Like the store very much, but it seems they are going the way of Wal Mart. That is, cut the cashiers in order to force people to use self checkout, therefore saving money on cashier wages. Are we getting a discount for doing the cashiers job? All of these stores make us think that they are doing self checkout for the benefit of the customers. Really? Not so

I love Costco!! But this one made me feel some type of way. The entrance is on the left side which automatically made me feel like I was backwards. Just like other costcos that I have been to, you start with the Electronics and then apparel and then groceries etc... I wish this location had a self check out like the Strongsville location but then again you do not wait in line too too long because they have a lot of young employees cashing you out and another employee organizing your cart. Amazing clean store and great customer service!

Fantastic store that is always clean! You get the best prices for your membership and it's completely worth it! I'm so happy to be a member! Staff is helpful to get you in the right aisle! Unique gifts for the holiday season!

I had never been to a Costco before but I went to this location while visiting family in July 2020. This was during the COVID pandemic. The fact that they make customers wear a mask is a plus, I respect and appreciate that. So Costco vs BJ's - Costco wins for various reasons. Prices are lower, store (at least this one) is cleaner than any BJ's I've ever been to, and huge selection of basically everything. But the people (customers) in this store were annoying to say the least. Blocking aisles with their carts, zero regard for social distancing, etc. But I suppose that's not really the store's fault so I only took off a star lol. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Since Costco discontinued their Take and Bake pizza I decided to order one for pick up from the food court. The pizza was actually floating in grease. The overall flavor was awful. The pizza was so limp (full of grease) I had to sop the grease up with paper towels and I had to put the pizza in the oven to crisp it up. Even after the oven the pizza was absolutely awful. DO NOT BUY A PIZZA AT THE COSTCO FOOD COURT.
