This place is actually terrible. They take forever with your food and all the workers just stand there. They’re hiring people everyday, yet never have enough people to actually get the job done. I don’t recommend eating here at all because I’ve also got food poisoning on multiple occasions and some of the managers are extremely disrespectful!! Culver’s is very expensive as is, and for them to be taking this long with our food is ridiculous.

Culver's is a fantastic fast-food restaurant that I highly recommend, especially if you're in a hurry. During my recent visit, I went through the drive-thru and I have to say that the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure that my order was correct and that I was satisfied with my meal.I ordered a burger, fries, and cheese curds, and I have to say that they were all absolutely delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning and toppings, while the fries were crispy and hot. The cheese curds were also a standout dish, with the perfect amount of cheesiness and crispiness.Overall, I would highly recommend Culver's for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying fast-food meal. The service, food quality, and convenience of the drive-thru make for a fantastic dining experience that you won't want to miss out on.

I love Culver's. This was a super busy time and workers were busy trying to get orders and food out in their usual happy manner. LINES GOT LONG inside and out. Burgers and kids' meals were great, but my Walleye was overcooked and not up to your usual standard. Going back for kids' ice cream was frustrating standing in long line again and grandkids anxiously waiting. Ice ream of the day had one strawberry and little chocolate, too, which was disappointing. Usually I'd give you all 5 stars. It would be great if kids icecream could be ordered at same time and be delivered 15 or 20 minutes later to avoid two long lines, just a suggestion.

Came here for lunch the first time on a Sunday and service was bad unlike what I read in the reviews. The cashier made a mistake and double charged my card. I have to wait for that money to be returned now. If that wasn’t bad enough they gave me a smaller size wrong fry that was cold and and smaller size Ice cream. Returned the fry and cashier obviously had an attitude giving me the correct order I paid for. Food was ok. Burgers need more salt. Ice cream was great. I won’t be back. Have had better experiences at Swenson right next door. I just want my money they overcharged back on my card.

Overall I think it's a Great Burger however I've waited to give them a second chance before this review. The last 2 times I've ordered at the drive-thru. I wait about 15 minutes only to receive a burger that's not even warm. Guess I'm back to Micky D's where I can get a HOT Quarter Pounder!

Culver's is one of the best fast food chains in existence. The atmosphere is family friendly. The are community oriented. Their menu has something for everyone and all ages and less expensive than other chains. The food is brought to your table always fresh and delicious. The workers always are attentive. If you have not been here you should go!

I like the food at Culvers since I know it's fresh made. The cheese curds are good however the pretzel bites are better in that cheese dip! The sandwich is always done well. The daily flavor of the day was devil chocolate chip. ?Food: 4/5

So bit of mixed feelings on this location.The food is Culver's which everyone knows how great buggers can be.The burger was missing the beef! The bun was cold and hard. The veg on the burger was crisp. The cod fish basket is ALWAYS a winner!The Chili Supreme is spot on.Dissatisfied in the dining area, the floors looked upkept and in need of a proper vacuum, and tables need attention.The young man delivering the food trays to the tables was AMAZING wish we had gotten his name. The young lady at the front taking orders needs some polishing on her customer service skills. This was approximately 200pm - 230pm?Love the blurbs on the containers!

Great fast food burger and ice cream. I am not in the area often, so I don't know about consistency, but they have been great the few times that I have been here.

I love Culver's. Their sides, their shakes, their ice cream. I think their sandwiches are so-so but it's everything else that makes them wonderful, fulfilling, and filling. Culver's has good kids meals, and fast, friendly service. My kids favorite is the cheese curds.

This location usually on A game. Tonight another story. Ordered placed at 8:05, food brought to me at 8:31. Almost a 1/2 hour for Culver's ??? Live about 5 min away, and food cold when I took a bite. It probably means it was sitting and ready just not brought out in a timely manner. Not sure if it's the re-opening of inside dining or a lot of miscommunication. This isn't one to remember.

I usually do not leave reviews but the customer service last night at the Avon, Oh location was horrible. On our way out of the restaurant after eating dinner, we ordered ice cream to go. We waited a half an hour for an ice cream order and watched people who ordered after us receive their orders before us. When I finally asked the girl at the counter why my order (2 medium mixers) was taking a half hour to fill her response was " I mean you ordered at 8:40 and it's only 9:11" Once the ice cream was brought out you could tell it had been just left sitting and clearly forgotten on a counter.
