Best company I have worked for to date. Well organized upper management. Understanding and accommodating to employees. Management and employee interactions feel human, for lack of better wording, and genuine. They have been more than understanding and accommodating of myself. I was dealing with personal issues that began directly interfering with work they allowed me to step away and return when ready without punishment. I don't feel disposable here and everyone is known by name. Mind you this is how they treat their temps.. This is seen almost never in my experiences. Temps are disposable by all means and are treated so many places. As far as facilities go. Custom culinary is the cleanest and best maintained factory I have worked at. I knew from the start they were running it right. And I have yet to be proven otherwise. I can't say one negative thing about this company nor any of the employees from offices to the floor. They run like a well oiled machine and pride themselves on customer satisfaction and a healthy work environment.

Worked there years ago I miss it. I was laid off and needed a job have not had a good job since then but I also became a mother again so there is that. Now I am looking again. I miss this place mostly good people.
