Dr. Biedocs is an excellent dermatologist! He has taken very good care of me and my skin issues. He explains procedures and treatments extremely well, and always makes me feel in control of my healthcare. The office staff is also very nice and very efficient. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for excellent derm care.

I saw Dr. Andreano today for the first time. I have pretty severe medical anxiety and have dealt with many health care providers not listening to me about my concerns. After reading some reviews I was nervous. I have to say that all the staff was friendly. The doctor’s assistant was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Dr. Andreano was great. She listened to me, looked at the photos I took and gave me both suggestions and started me on a skin care plan to deal with my skin issues. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Dr. Gould is always pleasant, prompt, thorough and accommodating to my needs. It's the easiest doctor appointment of the year. Skin cancer is no joke...get your spots checked.

My initial office visit on September 6, 2023, at Dermatology Partners, Inc. Where I had Dr. Laleh who provided me with kindness and answers to my medical questions. With her vast amount of medical knowledge. There entire team staff where most knowledgeable and kindhearted. I feel blessed and I plan to return in 4-wks for my 2nd office visit.

The staff is wonderful here, but please do not book with Dr. Joyce Andreano. Very rushed, no eye contact, and spends a minimal time of observation. If I got 5 mins of her time that would be an overstatement. I have since been diagnosed with an autoimmune skin disease that could have been caught by her if she took the time to look.

What makes treatment by Dermatology Partners superior to many doctor visits, was the friendly-efficient staff, and the short wait time before my Doctor saw and treated me explaining everything and answering any questions ….

I would like to acknowledge the wonderful customer service that I received on my first visit to Dermatology Partners. They were uber friendly and incredibly kind. From the young lady at the check-in, Dr White and his assistant and the lady to book a new appointment- they were wonderful. Thank you!

The doctor I see here is totally rude and rushes right out of the room. She doesn’t like to stick around and answer any questions and doesn’t ever sit down. Shes not personable whatsoever and I don’t feel she cares at all about the ppl she sees. It’s like she’s in such a hurry she can’t wait to get it over with. She’s already got her hand on the door knob and glancing over her shoulder if I try to ask a question. She doesn’t even look at me when I speak, just speaks directly to the MA and they both look at the little tablet they use while she ignores me when I speak. I feel like a fly on the wall when I see her. I don’t feel like I’m in good hands here. I leave with a lot of frustration and questions. My sister saw the same lady and she won’t go back now because of it. The other staff is friendly though. That’s the only saving Grace there.
