Horrible lady at the front! I went to the stores, waited 5 minutes, no one came out. I got in my car, called the store to asked if they were out of strawberries for the day, she rudely answered “no”, as if how dumb of a question of me to ask? I politely say thank you and head back in. I ask to buy said strawberries and she rudely says “how many” I say “12” she says back “6, 12” so I go “6 is fine” and rings it up and agin, rudely goes “are you going to be able to wait, it’s gonna take 10 minutes” I had dinner in the car so I said “ohhh thank you but I’ll come back tomorrow” I politely thank her for her time and she says “yeah next time you might want to put the order in online ahead of time that way we can have it ready”. WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE GRAB N GO? AND TELL CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE THAT YOU ARE NOT OUT FOR THE DAY? If you don’t like your job quit! Ps I do not usually leave reviews, but you were so rude I had to!

Disgusting. My husband had ordered a HUGE arrangement with a bear. Bear didn't arrive, the arrangement looked like it had been sitting in a hot truck all day the fruit was warm and did not look fresh. Not to mention it was delivered after my clinic closed. I would never buy from here again. I was picking through the fruit and a lot of it was slimy.

I was concerned to order with some of the recent reviews. However, my phone call was answered and I decided to give it a try. I ordered online and gave thorough notes. The order was delivered to my husband on time and with a nice arrangement. My husband and those he shared it with at work, enjoyed it. Thank you for a smooth process Avon location!!

Arrangement came to Strongsville 1 day late and soggy. Recipients rightly refused delivery (it was a gift). However, when I called for a refund, I was told everyone at the location was sick, but at least they gave me a full refund (+1 star).

I sent an Arrangement for my Mom’s 80th birthday and it never arrived. I called at 5:30pm and they said it would be there within an hour. It never arrived. So disappointed.

My husband ordered an arranged this morning to surprise me for our anniversary. The first Edible Arrangement store sent him to this store which is a half hour away! Then the order was showing out for delivery to my company that closes at 4:30!!! It’s 7:30. Thanks for ruining the surprise!!! Disgusting service!! Horrible horrible horrible service!!!!

They never answer the phone. I've been calling since 9am, it's currently 1:54pm, I've been tracking an order that I put in for delivery and it has been saying out for delivery since 12:30pm. The establishment in Avon to where it's suppose to be delivered is only about a 20min drive. When it shows me where it's currently at its still at the establishment but says out for delivery.

This shop did a phenomenal job for my sister's birthday. Everything was exactly as I ordered. My sister received her fruit bouquet the very same day and she was very happy. Thank you for everything.

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries from here for Mothers day. One of the packages had a strawberry with very visible mold on it. I sent this info to them via their customer service, which I was told was forwarded to their store. The message said the store would reach out within 48 hours. They never reached out to me about it or provided a refund. This place is a rip off.

I have never seen such a poorly ran establishment. Mothers Day- numerous people in the lobby waiting for their orders. No manager on duty (I get its Sunday but it's clear no one knows what is going in this location). Young lady working the front register comes out, proceeds to write down and review who is there for what- blatantly passes over me and to the next guy who came in after I did, not that that really mattered because of nothing being ready. The cashier host then says she will refund anything because they have no more balloons and late on orders. I could not believe this was the 1st "option" out of her mouth. I truly believe all the staff wanted a refund due to the volume of orders received to show love to their mommas. 1 guys order was ready the entire hour he waited in their pick up fridge that doesn't allow public to access. Another gentleman opted for a refund because he paid 400 CASH 2 weeks ago placing these orders. She proceeds to refund, said hes all set and he didn't receive any cash back so he said I paid cash? She said she had to call the manager bc they didn't have the cash and they have no other manager there. Poor guy was still there after I left! Another lady was pretty sure she received the wrong order. Needless to say it was absolutely terrible! I will never order from edible arrangements ever again, get a hold of your stores and customer service!

Ordered a trio for my mom for mother’s day. Scheduled for 10:00am pick up. Arrived at 10:00 on the dot. They said it wasn’t ready and to come back at 10:30. I did…still not ready. Didn’t get my order until 10:55 and then they didn’t have any of the balloons I ordered. Just was irritated because they clearly were unprepared for a holiday. 3 workers said they had 70 orders…70 orders isn’t a horribly large number to have these issues. Not happy.

Ordered from here before and didn't have any issues but my last two orders never got delivered. The most recent one was ordered last Friday. I haven't gotten any updates and no one answers the phone or calls back. Terrible service, I just want my money back.
