Ordered chocolate covered strawberries from here for Mothers day. One of the packages had a strawberry with very visible mold on it. I sent this info to them via their customer service, which I was told was forwarded to their store. The message said the store would reach out within 48 hours. They never reached out to me about it or provided a refund. This place is a rip off.

I have never seen such a poorly ran establishment. Mothers Day- numerous people in the lobby waiting for their orders. No manager on duty (I get its Sunday but it's clear no one knows what is going in this location). Young lady working the front register comes out, proceeds to write down and review who is there for what- blatantly passes over me and to the next guy who came in after I did, not that that really mattered because of nothing being ready. The cashier host then says she will refund anything because they have no more balloons and late on orders. I could not believe this was the 1st "option" out of her mouth. I truly believe all the staff wanted a refund due to the volume of orders received to show love to their mommas. 1 guys order was ready the entire hour he waited in their pick up fridge that doesn't allow public to access. Another gentleman opted for a refund because he paid 400 CASH 2 weeks ago placing these orders. She proceeds to refund, said hes all set and he didn't receive any cash back so he said I paid cash? She said she had to call the manager bc they didn't have the cash and they have no other manager there. Poor guy was still there after I left! Another lady was pretty sure she received the wrong order. Needless to say it was absolutely terrible! I will never order from edible arrangements ever again, get a hold of your stores and customer service!

Ordered a trio for my mom for mother’s day. Scheduled for 10:00am pick up. Arrived at 10:00 on the dot. They said it wasn’t ready and to come back at 10:30. I did…still not ready. Didn’t get my order until 10:55 and then they didn’t have any of the balloons I ordered. Just was irritated because they clearly were unprepared for a holiday. 3 workers said they had 70 orders…70 orders isn’t a horribly large number to have these issues. Not happy.

Ordered from here before and didn't have any issues but my last two orders never got delivered. The most recent one was ordered last Friday. I haven't gotten any updates and no one answers the phone or calls back. Terrible service, I just want my money back.

Well, this is a first! ? ...I wanted, SO BADLY, to leave a heartwarming review... However...I have order from Edible Arrangements, five times total, from the 313, 616, 440, and the 260 area codes! By far the worst delivery service is the 440! ...and I apologize for saying this but, you REALLY shouldn't be advertising delivery of you cannot deliver on a timely manner...Now, don't get me wrong I KNOW my order IS JUST AS IMPORTANT as everyone else's, yes!However, MAYBE prioritize a bit better! Look at occupation, location, AND time(s) when making your route(s)?! Esp since there are SO MANY apps that do it for you, now, that there shouldn't be an excuse...Then to receive an EMAIL stating it WASN'T delivered to the TEACHER on FRIDAY... ...So, you're telling me that if I wouldn't have checked my email, I wouldn't even had known?! ...Why not a phone call?!OH! It gets better! ?...I CALL to reschedule for MONDAY and... yea! sure... they have me my $14.99 delivery fee back (which is still pending, as of Tuesday) without a problem and DEEPLY, SINCERELY APOLOGIZED ...and even expressed how they UNDERSTOOD that it was for a teacher and admitted that they should've had it there!...SO... THEY said it was THEIR priority to get out of first thing on Monday! (... which, I should've known that was ALL too good to be true...?)...On Monday, at 2:47PM the fruit & flowers were delivered... School gets out at 2:30PM...DO BETTER EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!

I ordered this morning and I’m still waiting for my birthday order to be delivered!!!! You guys close in 15 minutes!!!!!Still waiting on an order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday! I called the manager and her excuse was that their delivery guy is old. I call again, and they said that the delivery should be here today by 5. It is now 5:47 and still no order!

Received an arrangement as a gift, It was delivered late in the day, the chocolate was actually melted off of the strawberries, and the chocolate medallion was also melted, the fruit was starting to turn brown. My daughter in law called, left a message for them to call with my phone number. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for a phone call.

I ordered my mom the chocolate and cheesecake platter for Mother's Day 2022. When she received her order she got what appeared to be the Mother's Day desert box instead which included cheesecake , cookies and strawberries. I was disappointed because the chocolate is her favorite part and I was looking forward to surprising her with these on Mother's Day. I called the following day and explained the situation and the worker was very polite and apologetic and told me she'd deliver my mom the correct one the same day. When she received the new order it was still incorrect and had no chocolate still. The new platter appeared to be the cheesecake And cookie Platter instead which is basically the same thing they sent the day before but just a bigger portion. As I am thankful they tried to fix their mistake they still delivered the wrong one. The two items that I received were of lesser value than what I had ordered and she never got the chocolate which was the main point of the platter. I was very excited to surprise my mom with the chocolate and cheesecake platter and instead it was just a huge hassle and a disappointment.

My mom just received her edible arrangement and flowers for Mother’s Day, I was VERY disappointed at the flowers. They were not in a good condition. Thankfully mom and I are close enough where I wasn’t embarrassed, but if I were to send this to a friend or anyone else I would be very embarrassed if it showed up like that. Hopefully this was a one time thing and they don’t delivers flowers like this all the time. But I won’t be ordering flowers from them again. The edible arrangement looked good so that part was fine. The picture of the flowers looks much better than what they looked like in person.

We just paid $10(!!!!) for 2 TINY cupcakes! Taste was ok but definitely not worth $5 a piece. Literally 2 bites ??They were kept "in the back" so we had no idea what they looked like. The associate was very crabby and bothered by us coming in.
