Wasn’t given options for pedicure services, wasn’t given receipt, wasn’t offered any conversation despite trying. Was left in the chair for 25+ minutes after nails were painted no one ever checked polish, got up to pay for services and had been made to feel as though I was a problem for trying to pay. Will not be returning to this location.

I don't live here anymore but the shorter guy that works there always does my finger nails soooo good. Came in town today to visit my family the guy was in doing someone's nails so someone else did my toes this is the end result for $64. Never again I have a half painted toenail and nail polish stuck to my skin. Wish I could add these photos for people to see to be warned.

Always so nice and friendly when I go. I made an appointment so I could go on my lunch break and they took me right on time and were really efficient and friendly. Very professional and quality work. She did a lovely job. This time I tried acrylic nails for the first time.

Thankful for a walk in spot but cut my nail so short I got an ingrown toenail. Paint job was not that great also.

Love this place they were so nice and Tommy is the guy . He does excellent work !!!
On another note they book to many people close together so they rush through your nail service and the end result is a mediocre job , I really use to like it here but don’t know if I’ll go back, last service was poor when I asked for my nails to be fixed because they were not done properly and I got attitude instead, I tip very well too to be treated so poorly I was disappointed?. They are nice
Until you tell them to fix something that is not to your liking.

I don’t normally write reviews but my experience was so bad, I have to share it.My daughter and I decided last minute to get a mani while back to school shopping. The employees seemed uninterested in taking our walk in mani request. That should have been the first sign.They cut 2 of my daughters cuticles so short that she was literally dripping blood on the table. Her mani was subpar and the gel peeled off within a few days.For my mani, the cuticles were raggedy and had polish on them. The polish seemed to be empty and she kept putting coats on to cover the smears on the nails. The polish was thick and bubbled. It also peeled off within a few days.I could have done a better job myself. Save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else.

Visiting town for a few weeks & stumbled upon this nail salon. I wanted a Gel Mani-Pedi. I was a walk in on a saturday, it did not look busy. Even after reading the reviews I was going to try them out and hope the reviews would prove me wrong. I was wrong, the reviews were correct. After paying $84 not including TIP. They started chipping that same day. It was ridiculous. In Miami, Fl i dont pay more than $75 and that’s including tip. Horrible job and the man who was doing my hands was very rushed. I do Not Reccomend coming here. When i asked for a refund they told me they do not do it which is so silly after spending two hours there.

Went for the first time. Repeatedly told the technician doing my pedicure to flatten two nails (childhood damage cause then to grow in high uneven ridges). She didn't understand - she shortened them to the point of them being almost dangerously short - not much nail left. Repeatedly asked the technician doing my manicure of he was going to trim my cuticles because he immediately started applying dip powder. He said he'd take care of my cuticles afterwards. I've never had a manicure in my life where my cuticles were pushed back/trimmed after polish/gel/dip. Cuticles are always done first. As a result, a few cuticles a quite high, looking like my nails have grown out a bit, and one nail isn't cleaned up properly, with a bit of dip extending past my nail bed. At the end of the manicure, the technician applied cuticle oil and told me to rub it in. I gave this place a try based on the reviews, and paid $110 before tax. I will go elsewhere.
