My most recent rental experience from the Avon, OH Enterprise Rent-a-Car was just like my many past rental experiences from that location - Excellent! In this case I rented a pick up truck. I realized before I left for my trip that one of the tires was losing air. I took it back in to the Avon location and they saw the tire had picked up a screw and would have gone flat. The team immediately got me into another pick up (in my opinion, an upgrade) and it was perfect. Great customer service and convenient location! Highly recommend them.

Unfortunately my fiance and I had to utilize Enterprise while our truck was getting repaired. Everything was supposed to be paid with our insurance, but Enterprise “accidentally” charged us $300 on top of the $100 security deposit. They apologized and said they accidentally charged us instead of the insurance company, but the only refund I have received is $75.72 which makes no sense. We returned the vehicle a week ago and are extremely disappointed that we have not been properly reimbursed. We will never be using Enterprise again and will be telling our friends and family.

These are con people…PLEASE BEWARE! Stay away from Bryce; he is a dishonest crook who will cheat you out of your money with a smile on his face! He added the $29.99/day CDW to my rental after I expressed to him I did not want it. When signing the rental agreement, he scrolled all the way to the bottom so I wouldn’t see what I was being charged for. To his visible dismay, I scrolled up, and when I saw the charge for the service I TOLD him I did not want, he told me he would remove it AFTER I paid. I chose to believe he was a man of his word with no motive to be dishonest and even confirmed that he had removed it prior to leaving, and he told me he had. When I returned the car, I asked once again had he removed the CDW, he told me he in fact had at the time we did the agreement, so ok. I ask for a receipt and he lies and says they’ve been having issues with the printer so he emailed me the receipt. When I got home and checked the receipt, I was in fact charged for the CDW as well as an 1-hour time & distance fee (Enterprise informed me via text the rental was due at 6:00pm and I dropped it off at 5:55pm). I called Bryce and he told me he would issue a refund for these items, I asked for confirmation in writing and told me their accounting department would be handling it. I did not hear from anyone or receive a refund, so I called the Enterprise customer service line. The rep assured me it would be escalated to management and to give it 24hours, but I haven’t heard anything back from ANYONE and STILL no refund. Crooks didn’t even refund me my deposit! Beware…stay away!

I Agree with others I had a few poor experiences with enterprise at other locations....however this location in Avon is a delight to rent a vehicle from.....all the staff there are helpful and nice...i rent at least one vehicle per year to travel to Denver and this location has kept me an enterprise customer.....couldn't say enough about them except I will be coming back and I recommend others come here! great staff!

I can't say enough times how thankful I am that i rent from this location. During my last reservation, due to a car repair, Liz went above and beyond making this a great experience. I thank her so much.
I have had a few other reservations lately and I can tell you that Bryce and his team are awesome. They are always friendly, eager to help and have a solution for everything. This is the best location I have ever rented from.
Kudos to Enterprise, Bryce and the Avon team.

I rent here typically every few months when we go down and visit family in southern Ohio. Every time I rent, I am well taken care of. Everything is ready, clean, and good to go. The manager, Bryce is fantastic and treats his customers top-notch. I am very pleased to have this enterprise very close to my home.

I was renting a car for 3 days and when I got there, they helped me almost immediately as I walked in the door. They were very friendly and took the time to help me be comfortable with what I was getting. However, it seems I was limited to only a few cars that were all SUV or bigger; I hate these cars and never reserve them, but to help them out in whatever their situation was, I was willing to sacrifice (especially during Holy Week). The options included a Nissan Rogue and Kia Sorento, but I was not going with the Kia due to the thefts that have been going on. So, I went with the rogue. I was not thrilled with the service given here as the rogue smelled either like marijuana or some other kind of smoke, which was very nauseating, and the gas wasn't even filled up all the way. I don't even know if the tried to get the smell out, but they did fill the tank for me upon my request, and all this took practically a half hour to get me the car. It was a rough time. The way the rogue drove was good, but you could tell it had seen better days -- the inside was seemingly messy and stained throughout; doesn't seem like this car got a lot of attention prior to coming to me for renting. Now you may be asking at this point why did I rate it a 5? When I got back and told the manager, Bryce, what had happened, he was very kind about the situation and took off a good chunk of the bill and a provided a good discount on my next rental, which I did appreciate and was good customer service that you don't see a whole lot anymore these days. This makes me at least more comfortable renting with them again in the future.
