The staff took good care of me when I walked in for help. Ended up being there for an hour and a half, and were patient with me the entire time. They were able to recover over 1000 files that disappeared from my computer, years of work and important documents saved. Thank you geek squad!! Give the gentleman with 2 kiddos a raise! (so sorry, I forgot his name But he was the best)

i bought a washer and dryer through best buy and my washer ended up going from a power surge in the electric. nonetheless, it’s covered under the warranty i bought for it. we had a guy come out who said the part needed ordered and we’d be on priority to get it installed when it came in. well 2 weeks later we’re still getting pushback for someone to come out to install it. i have four children, who happen to be all boys so we do A LOT of laundry around here. i’ve spent almost $110 now at the laundromat because i still don’t have a working washing machine. these people are a huge JOKE.

This store shouldn’t show up when looking for ps5 repair they don’t service anything Sony in store I went in and they asked if I had GSP which I assumed gamer service plan and I said no because I don’t and then he told me my best bet was to call Sony
