fire your 3rd shift cashier that keeps refusing to accept cash when we come in to order food. Was coming in there on a regular basis but only the one girl constantly refuses to accept cash payments. She cost you a regular customer, I will never buy anything from this place again.

All locations charge 79 cents for any sauce to go with your food. I understand charging for extra sauce. Not the first packet. Clearly corporate is cheap and greedy. I expect most locations to be falling apart in a few years being run this cheaply.

Boyfriend put an order in online, went up there to pick it up and the Manager is telling him they don't have his order and it was never paid for. He has a screen shot showing his pick up time and confirmation of payment. She then proceeded to try and argue with him and treat him very rudely and disrespectful.
