horrible
not a single good item there
staff and other customers snelled like literal feces or body odor
staff doesnt understand personal space or even saying excuse me to get by
i feel like i need a scrub down shower after being in there

they’ve had the same shitty inventory here for months because they oveprice everything. goodwill receives every single item FOR FREE. how do they justify charging so much???? there’s no justification. it’s greed.

I can’t believe I have to write a negative review about a thrift store, but here we are. I just got completely ripped off at Goodwill, and to make matters worse, I was basically accused of switching price tags!
I found a glass bowl clearly marked $0.99 and took it to the register to pay. Everything was fine until another employee suddenly swooped in and said, “Oh no, that’s priced wrong. It’s actually $4.99. Do you still want it?” Excuse me?! I said I wanted it for the price it was marked, and she flat-out refused, claiming she had just priced it and that “someone” must have switched the tag.
So let me get this straight—your store mislabels an item, and instead of honoring the price, you accuse your customer of tampering with it? At a thrift store? Over a $4 difference? Absolutely ridiculous. The way they handled this was beyond unprofessional. If Goodwill is going to jack up their prices while treating customers like scammers, they might as well stop pretending to be a “charity” and just call themselves what they are—an overpriced secondhand store with terrible customer service.
I won’t be back.

Goodwill had forgotten that these items were donated. Lots of things can be bought new for cheaper.

Used to be great, but now just ok. The prices have gone up on some used items which can be bought somewhere else for the same price new.

Great prices, great deals. Still honoring the color of week 1/2 off sales. Cleveland ones does not. Nice items donated here.

Not much of a selection and overpriced. I was looking at a used browns snow hat for 9 bucks there new online for little over 10. Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves

This is the worst goodwill in North East OH. You'd think they'd be nice since the area they are in but they're horrible. The employees are constantly kicking people out of the store prior to closing. They close at 8 pm yet prior to 7:50 they are making people come to the registers and turned the lights out at 7:55 pm. I asked the employee are you not open until 8 (I was only looking did not have anything I was buying) and her response was yes but we close the registers 5 min early to have time to close. Is your time to close not after the store closes!? No customer service and apparently close at 7:50 not 8 pm! It's bad enough the stuff there is falling apart and dirty half the time anymore and over priced but now you can't even shop bc the employees want to go home. DO better goodwill!

Was in this store today and was shocked to see they had a few pairs of Jordan's in their display case. I asked to look them and the price. They were all priced well over what you can buy them for on ebay, grailed or stockx. However the best part is they were all fake. Like the worst knock offs I've ever seen! I didn't bother to mention it because the clerks said to me they knew they were over priced. Oh well, I'll never go to this goodwill again.
