If you are having something delivered, go somewhere else. They subcontract everything making it impossible to get an insurance claim through when they damage property. They crushed my gutter, and three months later I am still emailing and calling trying to get someone to properly deal with the claim.

Horrible customer service I purchased five brand new switches and bought the wrong ones using a gift card. I didn’t have the receipt so they wouldn’t return the brand new switchs that I purchased two days ago and put back on a new gift card or store credit so that I could go buy the correct switches.

I have never seen a better set up bathroom for a store. They had a flip out stool for my 3 yr old to stand on so we could actually wash his hands. Then they had paper towels insteadof that air dryer that scares him and they had a door that pushed out so you didn't have to waste towels to open the door. Thank you so much for thinking of everyone that uses the bathroom. It was also incredibly clean!

Bought my washer and dryer from here along with my new fridge. The customer service was great and the warranty is definitely worth it.

I've been to alot of northeast home depots. The staff is very helpful, especially Milo amd Tony the manager. Currently finishing up a big kitchen remodel and Tony has gone above and beyond to make sure orders are correct and even followed up with a phone call to see how the project was going. It's nice to see that people still care.

I don't know if it's the New Year's blues but I came across 6 associates this morning and they were all completely nasty and grumpy. One even told me to take my business to Lowe's, then she walked to the back of the store grumbling and throwing her hands in the air like I just committed 9 crimes...

I went to return something and I had a woman named Amanda and she was very rude to me she referred to me as a "little girl" and was not any help.
