Excellent service from start to finish. I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and they already had my information ready, which made check-in quick and easy. I was shown to a very nice waiting area and appreciated receiving text updates throughout the service, letting me know when each step was completed. The oil change was completed quickly, and I was very pleased with the overall experience and the quality of service provided.

I needed my truck serviced so I went to the Chevy dealer that sold it to me, they didn't have time but I could make an appointment for next week? I was pulling out of the lot saw the Joyce GMC sign and thought I'd see if they could do a maintenance service. They said we can get you in now and out in less than 2 hours. I told them here's the key, have at it. The service writer came to me said there was an open re-call for the tailgate, they have the part and it'll take about 30 minutes. I said go for it. In less than 2 hours truck had the oil an filters changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off, safety inspection and open recall taken care of. That's customer service. Guess I should have purchased a GMC from Joyce and not a Chevy from a movie star.

Was greeted by my service man Brandon and was immediately greeted with a smile, a pleasant greeting and a hand shake. He made a connection with me and I’m sure that he does with all of his customers.

It seems the past couple times I've been in for service, the problems my car has had, never get fixed the first time.... I don't live close to this dealership, so by having to come back and fourth multiple times a week really hurts my wallet...

I asked for more money on my trade in. Jim went from $6000 to $7100. They had my trade in listed to sell $14,239 that week. Even if they come down off of that price that is a huge difference from what they gave me for a trade.
