After being told our coolant turbo lines were cracked we had to move some things around to get the money. Call the dealership on a Wednesday and are transferred to the parts department to see how long it will take to get the parts in. Parts department says "Wahlberg next door has them. We can get it from them". Transferred back to service and make an appointment for Monday. Told to bring it in as early as possible so they have time to get the car in to be fixed and offered a loaner. Saturday rolls around and we receive a call that Wahlberg only has one but we need 2, don't bring the car in Monday in case we don't have it. We will call you first thing Monday morning and let you know if we have it. 11:30am and no call. Left a voicemail and receive a call that they don't know if they have an ETA on the part but let me call parts and see if they know and we will call you back. 4:45pm no call. Call again to be told they found the part in a store and will call us Tuesday morning to let us know if they got the part. 12pm and no call yet again! Call and speak with someone who says "oh we're short staffed". That excuse is so over used for any poor communication. There is no way I should have to chase you down for communication. Meanwhile I'm not driving my car in case the coolant lines completely crack and all the coolant runs out causing more issues that I'm sure they would blame us for. Lost wages due to not being able to go to work, paying for daycare that my kids aren't attending because I can't drive them there and now I'm waiting again for a call back which I can only assume won't be happening. Once this part is fixed I will NEVER go to Joyce Buick/GMC again. If you're so short staffed management should step up and help. Unless poor communication and customer satisfaction is how you prefer to run your business. I have waited for my car to be serviced there before and the turnover time isn't so fast paced that a call can't be placed.

I went to GMC Avon with my 2014 Mercedes Benz and wanted to exchange my car for a car with better specifications. The seller suggested that I take a 2017 BMW and asked me to pay $4,000 above the suggested amount for my car in advance. The BMW was offered for $25,900. After I left the company and after signing all the papers, on the way, I called the seller and informed him that the car was not what I wanted and I wanted to return it, but he said it was never possible. The next day, I called him again and said that I did not want the car, and he said that he was exchanging the BMW for a GMC, and I had to pay the taxes again. The GMC was offered for 26,500, and there they asked me again to pay another $2,000 down payment, and I paid that. If they ask me to sign these papers, I will find that I will pay the bank 26,216 as if I did not take any money for my Mercedes car, as if I did not pay any down payment even though I paid $4 and $2000. I do not know how they did not calculate that. I ask for your cooperation

I purchased 2 vehicles from Tony Foos back in 2015 at this dealership and had a great experience . My problem is with the service department. I recently made 4 phone calls to service that went to voicemail ,to inquire about a tune-up for my vehicle. I left only 1 message with all my info to an advisor and it's been 2 and a half weeks and still no return call from them. I have since had my vehicle repaired elsewhere and will not return to this dealership for future repairs.

Found the exact certified used Buick I wanted but unfortunately when I picked it up my salesman was busy and unable to go over the car with me. I came back another day and Jenna was extremely helpful (Rich too). They both went over the car even though it wasn’t their sale. They just wanted a satisfied customer and I am.

I love Joyce Buick of Mansfield. The Technicians always do a great job on my 2014 Terain Denali. I always feel my car is safe to drive when I pull away. Great service, that's why I keep going back.

My experience was 15/10 . The team was excellent . I was greeted with smiles by everyone who worked at this dealership. The environment was very comforting . Even in the stages of me inquiring Jenna was absolutely amazing . Jenna provided hands down the best sales experience that I ever experienced . She was so informative and positive and accompanying during this journey. I absolutely love this place and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to lease or buy a vehicle .

I was told they were doing me "a favor" by fixing my car. They were not sure how to do an insurance estimate. They turned in a quote with paper work for general maintenance added to the actual accident estimate. Really? Who does that! I had to tell them to add both wheels that were damaged. They said the one wasn't that bad. They said my extra insurance could pay for the tire, but its better to charge my insurance company for that. I had to ask for the same thing 4 times. When I finally received it, the message was in all CAPITAL letters. Everyone knows that is considered YELLING! Every email from then was in all CAPITALS. BAD customer service!!!!! Lack of experience and rude. When picking up the vehicle, no one asked for the check....wow. I had to turn it in to financing. I asked for a copy of my extra insurance to be emailed to me. It NEVER was. I will never use this place again.

We purchased a truck and our salesperson, Sam, was great! He dealt with our three small children with patience and understanding, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were test driving. We barely had to ask any additional questions because he covered it all for us. We will definitely be back when needing another vehicle.

We went to Joyce Buick GMC to purchase a Jeep for my son.Sam was the Sales Consultant that reached out to me after I sent a request via text to obtain additional information about the Jeep Wrangler. He made himself available so that I could meet with him at the dealership to not only take a look at the car, but to also take it for a test drive.I arrived at the dealership within an hours after speaking with Sam on the phone. He had already had the car parked near the front of the dealership ready for me to take a look at it and take it for a test drive.Sam did an exceptional job with negotiating a great deal for me. Our He had my paperwork ready to be signed, the car detailed and my son was on his way home with his new Jeep Wrangler.The process had taken less than three hours. That’s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Thank you, Sam! You’re the BEST!

The staff was VERY friendly. I felt like the manager was really trying hard to help us get into a vehicle. (I think his name was Todd) However, upon arrival I told our salesperson (Jenna) roughly what my monthly budget was for a truck. She was very nice, but took us on a test drive in a Denali that was almost double what I could afford a month. She told me it was time to come back to reality on what a truck costs. They also showed me a red 2022 that was closer in my ballpark but not the color I was after. After we left I felt it was very hard to communicate with Jenna. We tried to come in to buy a truck but felt she really wasn’t that interested in trying to make a deal. We went to Medina GMC and Buick and they were AMAZING. They were able to get me into a 2023 Elevation Black Out Edition for UNDER my budget and less than the Red 2022. Just some constructive feedback.
