Found what we needed. At the self checkout a very kind worker chatted with our granddaughter, and allowed her to help. Even gave her a prize for doing such a great job.

It’s Lowes. They sell the same stuff every Lowes does and has the Same chance of getting a worker who knows a lot or nothing about the department they work in as any other.
