Made an appointment at 11am to have new tires installed on my car they finished installing the tires around 230pm. When I questioned the timing the manager seemed like he couldn’t care less. I informed him I needed to pick up my kids and his response was “he is working on it”. Not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything thing like that. When I asked how much longer he told me another hour (5 hours to change tires?!). I could see my car through the window, sitting on the lift with no one near it. I would not recommend this place.

This shop did me a solid favor right before closing and fit me in to plug a tire I previously had plugged elsewhere two days prior that didn’t solve the leak. I really appreciated they went above and beyond with little
Notice, fit me in, the shop who originally “fixed” my tire had said they couldn’t fit me in until next week but I needed to drive out of state for work. Mr tire was a life saver tonight!
