“This store is great. It's not a super busy store so if your looking for a particular product these guys have the time to locate it and procure it. Sydney and Frank provided great customer support. They can get commercial coatings which is extremely useful if you have a specific product you want for all of your projects.”

I was a bit surprised to hear counter guy say he didn't know about painting when I asked a few questions but they still had all the painting supplies I needed. I believe they only supply professional grade which is why I felt prices were on the high side. Regardless my experience was positive.”

Upgraded review from 1 to 4 stars.Original review: Ordered Delta faucet cartridge for curbside pickup. Followed the pick up directions per the email. When I pulled up to the store and called them, I was left on hold for four minutes while they attempted to find my order that I had only placed three hours before that. Eventually, I simply went into the store, found out they were still trying to find it, although it was sitting in a bag right on the shelf with their other (few) pick up orders the entire time. Got home with the bag only to discover that there's nothing on this package that matches what I ordered. It was supposed to be the original Delta part, but it's an American Standard not compatible at all. I have been into the store a handful of other times over the years and never once have I ever felt like anyone in there actually wanted to help me find anything. Put up with it for expediency, living right in Avon Lake, but I think after today I am officially done. Well, after I return this part...”
“It's on the corner of Detroit avenue And Dover center. Plenty of parking places including handicap. A clean, Well stocked, very friendly, and helpful hardware store. They have everything from grills to gaskets.”
